DON'T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY

DON'T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY
Ordered a "New" Novation Launchpad from Music Junkie but it arrived with the power plug missing from the box. Contacted Music Junkie and they agreed to refund and arranged collection. No worries!

Received notification that they had received the return however I'm STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND 22 DAYS AFTER THEY RECEIVED THE RETURN!

I've spoken with Kyle, Accounts & Rae (General Manager) and each time they have all offered numerous assurances that the refund would be made in "5-7 days" only to finally admit that the owner Neil Crosier is the only one able to make refunds and they are powerless. (I've tried emailing Neil directly but haven't had a response)

I've raised a dispute and escalated via Paypal and thats being ignored too!!

I wonder how they would feel if I walked into their shop, took something and told them I'd pay in "5-7 days"

I reiterate - DON'T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY!!!

Outstanding service and well worth the journey!

I cannot praise this company enough and the experience when making a purchase recently was absolutely first class! Jay (James) is a great amabassador for this company, with a friendly, easygoing attitude and a no-pressure but knowledgable point of contact, which was exactly right. With service like this, it was well worth the journey from Sheffield, with competitive pricing, lots of choice and friendly staff. Well done and will be recommending to everyone...

Excellent Service

I turned to Music Junkie for help following a near 5 month delay with another supplier. Music Junkie managed to do in 5 days what the other supplier failed to do in 5 months. They even physically went to the distribution company to collect my guitar for me to speed up the process.

I cannot recommend these guys enough, especially Will and Rae. I look forward to doing business with them on my next musical purchase. I would have given them 6 stars if the site allowed me!
