My first experience is very disappointing. I could have posted via Royal Mail on 04/12/20 but chose My Parcel Delivery which offered a collection service on Monday 07/12/20 and a small saving.
Monday came and went, no collection but tracker said it was collected at 16.30. Customer service apologised and re arranged for 08/12/20. Again no collection, even though tracking said it was collected! Customer service suggested I could deliver to pick up point or risk another attempted home collection. I opted to pick up point and it will now be collected 9/12/20.
A very poor service, unreliable and incorrect information. I won’t be using again

This parcel was delivered correctly but another sent at the same from my address for a 24 hr delivery which meant should have got to Hassocks in Sussex yesterday, has still not arrived, despite the destination being 20 mins from the Gatwick depot.

I was delighted with the efficient and very quick pick-up and delivery service.
Paid for next day delivery, arrived 2 days late.
Next day delivery was advertised as an option and so I purchased this option for an urgent delivery. Arrived 2 days late. Customer services unfortunately were not very helpful. Not the operators fault, clearly they have a script to work from. If next day isn't available because of current circumstances then it should not be offered as an option. I could have had the item delivered within the same timescale and for a much cheaper price. It's misleading to say the least, to offer something you can't honour, let alone charge extra for it. I doubt I will recommend or use this service again I'm sorry to say.
Rubbish
Rubbish - same scenario repeating twice in a row. I've booked a collection and received a confirmation email. As if it is too much to ask the email doesn't state the most important piece of information which is the collection date & time. So one has to go to the account website to find the date but no time. Upon further checks one learns that collection is anytime between 8am to 9pm. So you're expected to sit at home the whole day! BUT the most upsetting bit is that no one then bothers to show up! So tou have to chase the customer service. All they do is just rebook the collection for another day to repeat the same painful wait. On top of that no one bothers to mention that due to rebooking the parcel IDs are amended and you need to print label again. Best to avoid!
N.B. To be fair, I should also mention that the customer service has always been courteous but unfortunately couldn't help as the underlying business process requires a major overhaul/fix.
