Parcel delivered as specified at a reasonable cost. Easy local drop off.
The wording in status emails from My Parcel Delivery were a little confusing but accessing the courier site with the tracking number, in this case Collect+ gave an accurate status.

After having "failed collections" for a week for this parcel from Parcel2Go, I am so very pleased with My Parcel Delivery for their prompt and reliable service. Thank you!

Great service. The parcel was collected and delivered well within the timescales and the tracking made it easy to follow.

First time using this service, sent a fragile item, it arrived totally fine next day, couldn’t ask for more, will use again.

The first attempted pick up didn't go well. The courier refused to take it without a printed label. I chose this site because I was assured I didn't need a printer. After an online chat I was reassured and a new pick up arranged but it was actually picked up by Parcel force that day and delivered to it's destination the day after. So I am very satisfied.

The site was dead easy to use and gave me lots of options. It was very easy to book and pay. Sadly the courier I used smashed my parcel to bits....so I won't be using them again.

After 2 failed attempts to have the parcel collected by Hermes I was upgraded to'Next day delivery' with ParcelForce.
Parcel was collected yesterday and successfully delivered today - Grandson's birthday presents arriving on time THANK YOU

waste of time, paid £20 and courier didn't even turn up. had to take to the shop for drop off myself. no apologies and as usually it was hermes that were used.....rubbish!

The service was the lowest price, less than half of the cost of using Royal Mail. It was picked up from my house within an hour of booking online by a friendly courier and delivered speedily to the recipient in Sweden.

DPD useless service had to leave 1 star but really
should of given no Stars. I missed one delivery the drive came back next day i opened the door in less than 10 seconds and he was gone then the adventure started the DPD Irlam office would let me collect it from them loads of phone calls made was told its be out for delivery next day (saturday) no parcel came booked delivery for the following friday the driver said he couldn't deliver no card left yet more phone calls girl in office says he couldn't find my address guys do not send your parcels by DPD

Parcel delivered to Northern Ireland in a day, very impressed.

Parcel force didn't pick the parcel up the first day, no reason just didn't pick it up. The help chat at rate my parcel delivery were good and quickly rearranged for them to collect the next day but still that's a day later than was agreed

Easy online service and well informed through the process.

I really loved their service. You won't be paranoid or anxious because you'll get the progress and update of your package. From delivery to delivery. They have approachable staff, too!

My Numatic head on my hoover has been badly damaged whilst in your care, the cleaning company has taken photographs of the damage, I am very unhappy!.

Absolutely brilliant my parcel was picked up Tuesday at about 1pm. International post from the UK to USA was delivered 6.30pm Thursday evening, fantastic will definitely be using this service again, bye bye Post Office !
