Great platform but email issue
Strange feeling with this company. On the screen I saw a confirmation named 'cooking confirmation', I did not get any confirmation through e-mail and also my e-mails were not replied.
Update: the company exists and they adequately took action. They've tried to send me various e-mails but their system authentication denied the hotmail e-mail address. They're gonna solve it.

As we discussed by phone, since Friday we had been trying to contact you both by phone and by email, as our system was blocking messages sent to Hotmail addresses and we needed you to provide an alternative email so we could send the booking confirmation correctly.
We sincerely apologize for the feeling this situation may have caused. Since 2011, for more than 15 years, we have been working to provide the best possible service to our guests, and situations like this do not reflect our usual standards.
