Yesterday, I received assistance from Network Solutions' technical support, and it was amazing! I was migrating over from the Webhost4life website, and it is a highly involved process that took an hour to complete. The support agent was extremely patient, polite, and good natured. She really knew what she was doing! At times I was ready to give up, and she kept encouraging me to hang in there! She was 5-star tech support.

I cancelled a domain registration for which I recieved the refund. A year goes by and I see a charge for the same domain to my PayPal which was connected to my network solutions account.
I contacted network solutions custoemr service, they claimed they cant see the charge in their system even after I shared the transaction details and IDs. Probably complete lie. Then they claimed I should just wait until my PayPal dispute is resolved and I'll get the money back automatically. Of course I did not believe them seeing all the bad reviews online and experiencing the scummy behaviour first hand.
I contacted paypal to escalate it, they failed to resolve my issue with them even after I provided the recorded transcript...
NEVER EVER do ANY business with Network Solutions. All the negative reviews you see online are probabbly true. If you decide to still register a domain with them, do not tie any card or payment service with their account.
Never will I ever touch this scam company in my life.

Having a Hosted Exchance issue I could not resolve on my own. The AI agent was surprisingly helpful, but eventually hit a wall in trying to resolve my issue and turned me over to a human agent. The issue could not be resolved with first level support staff in their Customer Service number, but the one-time payment of $59.95 landed me with an excellent tech support person named Erica. My issue was resolved within a few minutes of working with her. I had to wait a long time to get to her, but her expertise made the actual support call very quick and efficient. Thanks Erica

This company recently took over the service provider for my websites and email. They promptly turned OFF the spam filters and I got inundated with spam.
When I contacted them, they repeatedly tried to upsell me with SiteLock which would not have solved my email problem at all.
It took almost a half hour before they told me they'd turned off the filters and that was only after my direct question.
This is a terrible way to introduce yourself to a long time client when you take over a company. I have no sense of trust for them and am looking for a new provider with a better reputation.

Was with ipage for 10 years before they got acquired by Network Solutions. Service was great. Both of my interactions with NS service have been poor. The first issue with clearing CGI error logs was reported more than 2 mos ago and remains unresolved. Todays issue was that I suddenly was unable to SFTP to my websites. I waited and got a rep that told me that he could not address my problem but could transfer me to a service rep to investigate if I paid a service fee! What a croc of ... I complained that the issue was on their side, it was working yesterday and did not work today. After much arguing he said he could give me a one-time access to support for free. I took it and was transferred to someone else. They told me that SFTP was no longer supported and told me to use FTP and the correct port. That resolved the issue. However NS made some change without warning, and wanted to have me pay to get it resolved. I pay for hosting and that certainly should include fixing issues they cause. Not Happy.

Using iMac, I could not log into Network Solutions account using Chrome browser. Had to switch to Safari browser. There was one data entry field on the login page, entitled "Username or email address", however its help popup says may require "account number or domain name". Confusing and unprofessional.
Prior to logging in I had received an email dated May 7, 2026, saying "Your service expires in 7 days" (May 10, 2026), and to renew now to save 35%. After logging in I saw my domain had been automatically renewed on Apr 30, 2026, for 5 years, set to expire 06/29/2031. Not good.
