I really enjoy doing surveys on Nicequest and they compensation is great!!

I prefer other survey sites over this one. Takes to long to aquire shells for rewards.

After doing surveys for 9 months! I was getting very close to being able to claim a £10 voucher reward. I then didn't receive any surveys for 3 months and when I enquired why was told I had :

"broken one of the quality controls on our General Terms and Conditions. If these quality controls are violated, our system automatically cancels the account preventing it from activating again."

No reply to an email asking exactly what I had done wrong as I have no clue what it could be.
Don't waste your life on them.

I sent Nicequest an email
By my estimation I have earned about £9 up to the point they closed my account.
I have asked them to pay this amount into my Paypal account.
Regardless of their terms and conditions I have earned this money and if they refuse to pay me I will regard it as fraud and forcing me to work with no pay i.e. slavery. Nobody would regard it as legal that you don't get paid for work completed.
I have, of course, received no reply
Disgusting behaviour. Don't go near them with a barge pole!

My account has been reinstated and I have been promised that I will receive surveys as usual. We shall see.

I have received enough surveys to reach £10 at last and I wanted the £10 Amazon voucher I have spent nearly a year to reach. Amazingly, they don't do £10 Amazon vouchers anymore, only £25! None of the other vouchers or gifts are any use to me so I asked if they could not just pay £10 into my paypal account. The answer, of course, was no. I am not going to spend another 18 months trying to get to £25 so it looks like I have wasted a year for nothing!

Good at first, the site paid well ignoring low survey numbers and I did an interesting recruitment panel too. Then a day after I claimed my second voucher, leaving £10 of shells roughly on my account, they closed the account with no warning or notice. I had to keep trying to log for over a week until the site admitted my email address no longer existed. All they will tell me is either something doesn't comply with, or is in violation of terms; nothing I'm aware of is in breach even after several times of reading. I have no idea what caused it and they will not give me a straight answer. Also they still took data from my phone through premium after this and as I couldnt log in i couldn't shut it down. Please be wary if you sign up. Currently feeling very cheated and annoyed, highly unprofessional reaction without even a courtesy message.

After installing their software, and doing a few surveys - I now find I am unable to access their site and my details to are no longer recognised by them. It is not simply that the password is being entered incorrectly, the entire account no longer exists. An utter waste of time.

Nicequest never stated how many surveys you'd receive a month, nor where the pool of competition winners would stem from. Obviously it's going to be a hard competition to win, you're only paying 10 shells to enter. If you're relying on a survey site to fund your earnings, then you should really look into a more consistent employment.

It's a nice way to take some fun surveys and build up some shells over time. Not a scam from what I've seen and I've managed to build up enough shells for a few little gifts.

They advertise all these great gadgets and prizes you can win with these shells that you collect by doing surveys. I have more chance of landing on Mars tomorrow than actually getting anything from them. It takes a very long time to actually earn a decent amount of shells and even then the cheaper prizes are dire. I used some of my shells to buy entries into competitions. When the winners were announced they were from all over the place; Australia, Sri Lanka, Canada etc.

This clearly reduces your chance of winning anything by a significant amount. Needless to say, after about a year and nothing to show for it, I closed down my account. There are two things I try to live by; you don't get anything for free & if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Worst survey site ever and i've been doing surveys for years. I had enough points(called shells)to redeem for 2 cinema tickets, which I did. After weeks of attempting to use them to book films and being told invalid codes, and numerous messages to Nicequest and the Odeon,I finally asked them to return my points to my account .This they did .But the amount of shells needed to get 1 cinema code is now 155, meaning they've jumped from the 55 needed when I redeemed. Coincidence ?Wonder if anyone has ever managed to actually use their cinema codes.Total waste of time

They state and I quote "We value the time you spend completing surveys. That’s why we reward you for each survey you complete with Shells."
But unfortunately THIS IS NOT TRUE.

If they really value respondents time, either they send you more than 2 surveys per month or make their reward vouchers more affordable, otherwise it takes years.
Moreover, the number of 'shells' should be more reliable and steady.

Any company thinking of using them for their market researches, should use a more honest survey company.
