Gone from the best to the worst within the past 6 months..! Absolutely terrible customer support, no email reply, no chat feature any more, no phone calls (their number is a fake VoIP service)..if you lose a package something, it’s gone for good..nobody will answer or help whatsoever! :/ I think it’s time to finally switch after 3 years!

I can’t find my stuff and No reply

Like others I have observed a recent decline, I have been using NYBox for 2-3 years, but since June 2019 something changed there, service is suddenly terrible and the usual autonomous repacking of boxes needs a few emails to their support. I am going to move to a different service.

What used to be great is now extremely disappointing..the customer service has gone really downhill during the past few months. The live chat feature has been completely eliminated too.

I’ve been using their service for 2 and a half years without any major issues but now, it looks like it’s time to switch just because of their non-responsive attitude to emails and phone calls. It’s sad to see a decent company go down so fast!

I hope someone cares enough at NYBox to read this and give it a thought!

This service is a spam.I had a smart phone shipped around 6 months ago I did not receive it yet.And everytime I contacted support,got the same response that We have asked for an update

DO NOT WORK WITH NYBOX AT ALL. THESE REVIEWS YOU SEE ARE FAKE. Upon receiving your item, Nybox will instantly close your account and ask that you provide 2 pictures (front and back) of your ID. Once you send them this ID, they will also ask for pictures of your credit card for 'Verification'. Exactly what they'd need to use your credit card whenever & wherever they want and the worst part about it is that you allowed them to! In their ToS they state that when using their service you accept that they are able to allow 3rd party services to charge your card.

They're currently holding my Google Pixel 2 and refusing to return it to the sender or release it to me, I will be contacting a Lawyer and beginning a lawsuit on Monday.

I love NYBOX! they delivered my package earlier than expected their customer service is excellent, the products I ordered are well secured, and they never ask for a membership fee unlike the others! well done NYBOX! and Oh I forgot to mention they dont overcharge you :)

Honestly, this is my first time using a US-UK shipping service and I was worried that something would go wrong and that I'd lose a lot of money. However, NYBOX were great, my package arrived and I was updated on Monday and I received my parcel today- Wednesday! I would definitely use them again! Just be aware that 20% VAT will be added to anything that you purchase from outside the EU.

Hundreds of dollars of lost and damaged goods in 2 packages alone - lots of excuses followed by silent treatment - don't use they people.

I have been a customer since 2008 and only had excellent experience! The shipments are always well packed and the customer support is superb.

The best, most profesional and reliable shipping service I ever had, this being said. I am feeling, that this very trustworthy service, is the only one I would use for my Shipping needs from the US while I am overseas....And trust me, by personal experience, they are always there for you! Keep up the good job guys!

I've been using this service for almost 5 years now, and nothing has went wrong. The customer service is prompt and my packages get to me cheaper and safer than most forwarding companies I have used in the past. I recommend this service to anybody, If they want fast reliable service; nybox is the way to go.

i am a Member since November 2011 and i don't have any problem with them. in short words "they made me live inside USA".
my account is standard and it's really low price but if you want more lowest price take Premium account some time i switch to Premium if my stuff is a lot. that makes $5 repack service fee to free.
Fast shipping 4 days and my shipment front of my home.

I recommend NYBox for all Saudis and other Arab countries.

fast with shipping, slow with answers to support mail. Unfortunately, if they make any mistake they do not take any accountability on that. On line service is not very kind sometimes.
