I have used NY Box for the last year to send thousands of $ in merchandise to Canada. Very quick and reliable, and their customer service is great. I would reccommend them to anybody looking to have mail forwarded from the US. I especially like the option to have mail sent to Delaware to avoid state sales tax.

So I was a liddle scared of using this company since Its all over seas. But nybox gave me hope and trust and I loved it! Not only did my packages arrive before it was suppose to but it was really cheap too. I brought a MacBook and I was able to change the invoice price so I don't have to pay a hefty duty fee. The best shipping rates through I must say! I was a member of myUS for some time but I had to switch seeing how cheap Nybox is compared to everyone else. Not only are their prices great but also how easy it is to repack and ship out my packages. With a few clicks, I have my repacks done within a couple hours and I'm able to ship them within the same day. Haven't had a problem with them as my packages always arrive on time and with very few problems. I did have a problem once but it was quickly resolved by customer service. They do treat you as a valued customer and I'm so glad one of my friends persuaded me from switching! For the price and quality, nobody can beat them.

They have cargo price calculator on the website, so you can see their prices compared to other sites. They combine my packages before cargo to bring down price. They have Delaware address with no sales tax (with normal NY address, sometimes you pay ~9% tax). You can choose your cargo company, like DHL Aramex USPS etc, USPS means your cargo will be delivered by the government post office. They also make customs declarations so your items don't get stuck in customs ;)

Recently learned about NYBox while spending extended time here in Italy. Have used other package companies in the past while traveling abroad, but NYBox has, without doubt, provided a much smoother, more efficient, and cost-effective service than I have encountered. Do use them! I will never use another company again!

I have used NYBOX for quite some time for all my shipping needs to Ukraine. I have always encountered fair pricing and no hidden fees with them. What they quote me is what I pay. In addition, the cost of shipping is very fair, which has encouraged me to never have to use any other company because others were either much more expensive or filled with hidden fees. If anyone needs any purchases from the US and needs them delivered internationally than I high recommend NYBOX for all your needs.

For a year, I use NYBox to ship to Bolivia and love the service! They allow me to fill out my own invoice and this way I save money with Customs. Muchas Gracias NYBox!

Found NYbox 2 years ago and have not found a better company with better rates. Also have 4 shipping couriers to choose from. No one else has that option that I am aware of.
