A 5 star service from High Street TV. I spoke with a member of the sales team, John. His product knowledge was excellent. Not only was it great to speak to a human being but a genuine, honest, friendly and helpful one made all the difference.

I have to praise High Street TV. My experience was one of efficiency and professionalism.

Even though my X-Hose was well beyond its warranty John provided a replacement X Hose free of charge with no quibble and zero fuss.

The friendliness and excellent after-sales support means that I have no hesitation in recommending High Street TV and I will purchase from them in the future.

High street TV can't reveal the contact details of the Shanghai balloon company...I went online and found it in 3 minutes...Mr Wang runs it...why the secrecy high street TV?

Brought this back to Pontypridd B&Q earlier today. Lasted less than a year, used less than a dozen times. Split. Cared for as directed. Stored September to May in shed. Still in box with receipt.
Initially I was told that I could choose between an exchange or credit note. When James the manager discovered it was an X-hose he stated that B and Q would not refund or exchange (not that I would want another one of these) as they had an alternative hose policy with no guarantee, returns or replacements on X-Hoses. I honestly thought he was joking. Says it all really. Asked him why B&Q would sell products like this to which he had no answer. Turns out this is a common problem. I just left the broken hose with him to dispose of according to their policy. Buyer beware

we love our xhose and are on our second one. It is now failing and we've lost a part and after a really helpful and friendly chat with High Street TV a new hose was needed which arrived promptly. So nice to get efficient friendly service.
