positive shopping experience

The delivery of the shoes was perfect, swift and arrived as agreed.
One of the shoes had unfortunately a defect (the leather between the zip hadn't been cut and double stitched) which I resolved myself, so didn’t have to involve the service desk.
I understand that to check every shoe would be impossible.
This is a good online shopping experience with a great range and will definitely be using Omoda again in the future.

Omoda deserves 10 stars compared to its online rivals

I used Omoda to buy a pair of trainers as I was fed up with other online shops used by most people, and their terrible handling of orders (long deliveries, cancelling orders due to selling items out of stock, etc.).
I must say, I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly my trainers arrived. I ordered them on Saturday and they arrived Monday (today!). My trainers came in a super neat box, so easy to open with a cardboard zipper, and not looking crushed like it was catapulted to the International Space Station and back (take note Zalando!). My trainers were packed in the original brand box inside the Omoda one, neat and undamaged and I could see that special care was taken with paper inserts inside the box so my trainers did't move in transit.
I also received a free reusable bag, you can actually select the colour for 50 cents if you wanted to. I'll try to include photos of my purchase if possible, but I'm not sure if I can.
It's actually really nice to see there are still companies out there who appreciate their customers and manage to surprise you nicely in this way. Keep up the good work! I'll use you again :).

Scam!!!

Bought some shoes that were dispatched on Tuesday. 4 days later when it was supposed to arrive, the tracking still did not work (coming up as invalid). Contacted omoda who kept saying ‘it takes 24 hours to update’ then said ‘it takes a few days to update’ then said ‘we’re going to investigate this with dhl’. Anyway, didn’t hear anything so I contacted dhl myself and there wasn’t even a parcel in my name or address so they never even despatched it to me to begin with. Asked for a refund after emailing several times and receiving answers in a different language or just being ignored. They then said they have processed the refund and I am now awaiting that. Funny how they never even bothered to explain what actually happened with my shoes, why they couldn’t provide me with a valid tracking number (the one they provided me with was actually someone else’s from a month ago). And then when I demanded a refund they gave one without bothering to see where the shoes are - which just shows to me they never even shipped this to begin with. Absolute scam and waste of space don’t bother!!

Absolutely rubbish

Absolutely rubbish, very dissapointed!!! Ordered twice within one month, the same item, both times got cancelled, although money was refunded (several days later) they cancelled the order twice, something about the barcodes not working, they were a birthday gift for my daughter, could not get them to her on her birthday although i ordered a month early and ven again when i reordered and paid again the same problem happened. The shipping was also within Europe!!!
Very -very dissapointed !!!!! And to top it all , i had to enquire all times about what happened, they never came themselves and tell me

ORDER NUMBER- 7845538. Company ignores emails! Purchased sandals on the 12th of December and still haven't received them...

Well firstly I could not click Australia as an option for shipment in the checkout even though your company advertises ‘international shipping’. Customer service had to create a profile for me and send a link in order to purchase the shoes. I purchased the shoes on the 12th of December. I still have not received the sandals. I didn’t receive a confirmation - Waited a week to email to see why I didn’t receive anything. They say it was sent on the 21st of December (9 days after purchase.. Thats a considerable delay??). I check my account and see that it says the product has been delivered. I email to see why it says it’s been delivered and why I haven’t had any tracking updates with the tracking link they sent. They email to say they checked and that the shipment went to the wrong driver. It went to Germany when I live in Australia. I understand that Christmas can be a busy time and that shipping is out of your hands once it leaves the factory but the several delayed emails and ample amount of mistakes made by Omoda has cost me a lot of time and patience. I am deeply upset that after all this I still do not have what I paid for and that Omoda has made no attempt to offer compensation or an Australian shipping link or a follow through email to check whether or not this huge MESS of an order has been fixed. In fact, they are even ignoring my emails.

Horrible!!!Do not order if you live in the U.S.

Ordered from this site 2 weeks ago and recvd dhl shipment info which states my purchase is in Germany. Not sure how it can end up in Germany with a US address! Tried emailing Omoda and using WhatsApp without a response. Waste of time and now I have go through getting my money back which is over $200 and disappointment. Do Not Order!!!

At this moment the parcel is being shipped from Germany to the US. As soon as USPS has received the parcel in their sortingcentre, you'll see a new event in the trackingcode. I really enjoyed buying online through Omoda. The website was easy to use, I actually found a pair of boots I was looking for for a long time and I am very satisfied with the delivery.
