Item still not delivered. Terrible service
Total time wasters. The contact number on the invoice and on their website goes immediately to voice mail. I tried calling them at least 5 times at different times/days. They didn't respond to my email either. 12 days since my order was placed with experss delivery and it still hasn't arrived. When I did manage to find a number that worked (on their twittter page) I was told I am the rude one for questioning their customer support/care/ability to deliver the service I paid for. Apparently it has been dispatched but on a slow delivery (because of my Scottish post code I was told). If it has been dispatched, the tracking service doesn't show it. It just says order confirmed and nothing else. Avoid.

Avoid! Ordered directly from their website, and received a wrong order. Contacted by phone multiple times, but instead of solution they offered excuses and promises. Spare your cash for reliable supplier instead.
