Awful company to deal with

Awful company to deal with - bought vouchers through Groupon with an unlimited access only to find out that it is apparently only a 1 year expiration date but very kindly they will offer to let me access for a further year at a reduced rate.

Difficult to get access to the training module also

Dreadful customer services - there are better training companies out there.

Dreadful

Dreadful, don't believe the reviews on Groupon they are fake and locked so people like me who have been conned can't post to warn others.

Avoid this company

Awful to deal with. I bought a course through Groupon and couldn't access the course material at all. I was constantly emailing online city training and their customer service was appalling. I repeatedly asked for a number or an email for a member of management, which I never received.
Groupon refused to refund my purchase because I had redeemed the voucher by trying to log into my course. I can't even leave a review on Groupon to warn others.
Avoid at all costs.

For those of you who are looking at …

For those of you who are looking at doing an online course in Hair & Beauty, Online City Training state that they are accredited and once you complete their course you will be able to start a new career. This is false information as no insurance company will insure you from completing this course. They also take 72 hours to activate the course and as soon as it has been assigned you cannot get a refund. The courses are £200.
