THE worst company I have ever dealt with
If I could give a zero I would. I think Outwell have to be THE worst company I have ever had to deal with. Their customer service team is beyond awful!!! We ordered a part for our tent. Part dimensions were incorrectly listed on their website so we returned the item for a refund. I received an email a few weeks later to say they wouldn’t be refunding it because we’d used it. Two lines, no explanation. We hadn’t used it. It had been returned unused and in brand new condition!! I disputed this and even provided a screen shot of a purchase we made for the correctly sized item the day after we returned it but nearly EIGHT WEEKS later I still haven’t been fully refunded . It’s been a complete nightmare. I’ve been ignored, fobbed off and lied too. They just don’t respond to emails and when they do it’s to tell you they are “looking into it”. Just last night I had an email to say your item has been refunded - thank god I thought - but when I checked they have only part refunded me with no explanation as to why!! So I assume this will be another two months of me still trying to get my money back. How this company are still trading I don’t know. Well actually I guess they are making a good profit because they unlawfully keep peoples money AND the items they have returned!! Please be careful when shopping with them because if you need assistance or want a refund it will be a long, stressful process!!

Unfortunately I can't select 0 stars. I am very unhappy from the customer service of this company. I bought two chairs "Seaford Ocean" one blu and one green.
I was using only blu and my wife green one. I bought them on holidays in Croatia. I decided to buy because I am 112kg and they are described by the Outwell as for max 120kg. Unfortunately already after couple of uses my chair was broken. The plastic under the arms wasn't strong enough. I managed to exchange it in the shop where I bough it. This year I started to use it again. Unfortunately the same happened. It is definitely problem with the design of the chair as it is always breaking in the same way.
As I live in Switzerland I contacted the service to explain the issue. I send a pictures to illustrate it. They ask for proof of purchase. I sent to them, but they asked me to go to Croatia and deal with the retailer there.
As a global company they could deal with this issue directly and organise refund. Unfortunately they are not willing to help even if they mislead customers wrongly describing their product.
I do not trust them any longe and do not recommend. Stay away from them.
Great service - ships from Denmark
Great service, just wasn't obvious that items bound for the UK ship from Denmark! (Allow a few extra days) Thus table was unpacked and loaded straight into the camping trailer - 5 mins before we set off! Table is sturdy and a great size for us.
Very bad experience with the quality of a tent. Money thrown away

I bought a nevada 5 in 2019. That same year my partner, daughters (5 and 2 years old) and I went on an outing. Everything went well as it didn't rain.
In 2020 we didn't use it for reasons you can imagine.
In 2021 we went on another outing where it rained on us for 30 minutes one afternoon while we weren't at the campsite. When we returned the whole tent was soaked inside and all our belongings were wet. At that time we informed the supplier but he told us that they needed graphic evidence and that the guarantee had ended. We didn't send any photos because we didn't think about it while we were trying to dry everything out worried about the situation.
In 2022 we went on another outing but it didn't rain and there were no problems.
In 2023 we didn't use it.
This August we used it and it rained a little during the night and water got in again. This time we did contact them with graphic evidence and Outwell responded that the guarantee has already expired.
As of today, we do not trust the tent and we are going to have to get rid of it. Clearly the problem is in the entire outer layer of the tent because it leaks on the entire surface. In addition, we have observed that all the inner seam protections of that layer are in poor condition and many are peeling off. We understand that our complaint is not covered by warranty, but they should have a more extensive warranty on the materials or the integrity of the tent. It is clear that it is a manufacturing defect and we assure you that it is not due to misuse or ageing.
We have had experience for 30 years using different tents (all much cheaper) and nothing similar has ever happened to us. I would never recommend Outwell for buying a tent.

Bought for our converted camper, lovely sturdy chair and very comfortable. Ideal for the van as they fold away and take up very little room. Great buy, very pleased

Unfortunately I have informed by customer support that there is no spare electrical parts for the ECOcool Slate Grey 35 12V/230V fridge
It is a very expensive fridge which has to be supported by manufacturer in electrical parts
I am very diassapointed by that approach of Outwell Company

Customer service not very responsive
I have tried to request a return post label for my order of 2 chairs, only managed to generate a post label for 1 chair only, when I asked customer service for a amended label, no one got back to me.
Outwell camping eqipment
From the manufacturer Outwell, we have so far ordered the Nevada 5P tent (now in its third year), this year also the Summer Lounge L. From the German distributor Goya, four chairs and a portable fridge for camping.
Delivery is quite fast and correct. I noticed that the packaging of the boxes in which the goods are located is not very well secured and taped. It would certainly be good to improve.
12.7mm fiberglass pole are not very durable. One pole cracked and reason is bending due to the strong wind, because the metal joints are to blame for the damage to the fiberglass material. This can be improved.
I complained after a year on cracked pole, they accepted the complaint, but service dept.reject to send spear and said they had no replacement and that I should contact one of the distributors.
The materials show that they are good and well designed. They can be cleaned well and the quality is recognized.

Excellent customer service
I spoke to Mads Skov Ancker. He was extraordinarily helpful and his English excellent.
He very helpfully explained how I was to log my upset that my 2 new Tryfan chairs had sadly started to ‘split’ at the top.
He was as shocked as I was as from my previous experience Outwell products are great quality.
He has reassured me that Outwell is a very good company even when there is a problem.
Air tent exploded
Air tent. Exploded! Was at low end of operating pressure (as always). Zip on airframe sleeve broke, which holds the inner tube . The sleeve is a critical part of the air frame. The inner tube ended up taking the pressure and exploded. Have inspected other parts of frame and notice stitching failing elsewhere so need replacement sleeves . Tent is useless and am seeking repair. Parts not available. Poor quality. V expensive. Shop says it’s out of warranty. Used 4 times and 2 years old. Generally speaking I’d say quality is poor - pegs, bag, ropes, etc…. Wood lake 7atc…. Disappointed

used first time this week. Seems this equipment is suitable only for a back garden summer party with a calm weather 1035mbar on the glass. Camped in a windy provence it has presented design problems. Guy ropes too thin and locking tensioner useless. Had to introduce bungee anchors to ensure consistent force of tether. The foot pins ridiculously thin and pulled out on the first gust. Replaced with 8mm hard ground pegs. (images available). Frame ferrules rusting already. This product is not suitable for the serious camper.
