Having read most of the reviews on here I've decided against buying an Outwell tent again...Previously I had the old Montana six poled version from way back 2008.
it leaked like sieve. I was told to seam seal it or it was condensation. Fast forward 2024 I was about to buy the Outwell Airville 2024 model but have now decided against it. There's no point in buying a product that is poorly made and poorly supported post purchase.
These tents aren't cheap and are rarely used so you'd rightly feel aggrieved if they fail and aren't covered by a warranty or backed up with speedy replacement parts... Sorry OUTWELL, you've lost £2000+ sale in Tent & accessories.

They delivered everything in less then week. The company called to make sure when I was home.

I'm really impressed by the quality of the products. I just bought a campervan and needed to fit it out with the essentials of life. I'm especially happy with the collapsible kettle, a regular one would take up to much room so the collapsible kettle is perfect. I also bought the collapsible bowl set, collapsible colander set, collapsible water dispenser, collapsible dish pan, and collapsible bucket. I am really happy, I have been able to fit far more equipment into my campervan than I thought I would!

Purchased a Casilda xl moon chair at the end of 2022 from an online retailer. The chair fell apart after 1 years occasional camping use, when I asked outwell to assist as no longer have the online retailers details. Told me they were not able to help and weren’t interested. Don’t buy from this company if you want aftercare from the manufacturer also, chair supposed to be rated at 150kg, I weigh 86kg and the plastic snapped holding the front of the chair together after approximately 20 hours use

Customer sevices is not contactable! I have tried by phone - waited in queue for 12 minutes only to get an automated message that my call could not be taken.
The tab for the email contact form does not open so it is impossible to get in touch by email as advised.
I need to arrange a return, and would like to purchase a different Outwell item instead, but am starting to reconsider becuase of the difficulty I'm experiencing.
