Delivery is from Denmark not uk..
When ordering I didn’t realise orders were dispatch from Denmark , so although paying for delivery it was a day and bit later than expected had it come uk, having being hooked by the tag orders go out same day before a set time … which is great but that’s in Denmark so uk don’t expect next day with this !..this needed to be jighighted to uk buyers ,saying that it still turned up in 3 days

Falling Apart
After only 4 years of service my outwell nevada is falling apart. Taped seams are falling off all over the tent but mostly in the door area. It's is also coming off in the corners. Small pin like perforations are appearing everywhere almost like the material is disintegrating. Also the tent material has a sticky feeling like the coating is bad. This tent has only been used a dozen or so times always put away clean and dry. It was great the first couple of years but not anymore. So after spending a large amount of money to buy a highly rated European tent with only a 2 year warranty I will probably replace the Outwell with an American tent by MSR or North Face and yes probably made in China but with a lifetime warranty. My 20 year old Eureka is in better shape than my high priced Outwell.

Does not stay inflated
Does not stay inflated for even a whole night . This is the third Outwell Dreamcatcher 12cm Self-Inflate Mat - XL I've owned as the retailer has replaced them one at a time and after 3 day they stop staying inflated . Terrible design .
LEAKED - USED TWICE - TERRIBLE
Terrible tents. Leaked the first time we used it and leaked even more the second time, even though we re-proofed and sealed the seams. The water poured in. Absolutely terrible, certainly won't be using them again.
Not what they used to be.
After just one two-week holiday, our Outwell air awning beams all exploded (sounds like a gunshot). Through the retailer, more beams were ordered but failed to arrive twice and were then out of stock. After four months I said I'd had enough of waiting and asked for a refund. To get it, I was required to cut up my beautiful, (non-functioning) awning and send photos of it before Outwell would agree to the refund, which took even longer because of the prevarication of the retailer. I have had some terrific camping items from Outwell in the past: folding chairs that are now 11 years old, in perfect condition still, and sleeping bags for my scouting children which were outgrown and never outworn.
I suspect that there was a batch of these awnings because I've found other forums where Outwell air beams have failed.
Never again, and now we use an ancient non-inflatable awning, with poles that do the job properly.
Bad After Sales Service
Order an item which arrived and since 14th of February have been trying to send it back. The courier company is supposed to contact me but nobody has contacted me. When I contact Outwell all they say is "Be Patient" This is not a solution to the problem and now they are ignoring my emails. Very bad will not be buying from them again. They will not issue my refund either until I send it back which is totally understandable but how can I send it back if the courier company are not contacting me and Outwell are doing nothing about this.

Excellent Company with quality Products
Outwell supplies quality products at reasonable prices. Initial response was quick and efficient, sending parcel from Denmark to Britain with GLS Delivery Services. In-depth tracking service useful. Unfortunately all of Outwell and GLS's high quality of service on the Denmark side plunged into oblivion as the parcel enters into Britain. The parcel did not move for 6 days at customs, this I think is all to common place now on the UK side.
Awful company avoid
Awful company, ordered a children’s coat and got a confirmation email that looked odd with a tracking number. Two weeks later I received the package with tracking number matched and it was a small envelope from China with a cheap piece of costume jewellery in it!!!!!!

Absolutely awful company and service!!
Absolutely awful company and service!!! Ordered a Grand Canyon camping chair which took far longer to arrive than the estimated shipping date. The chair arrived poorly packaged with one leg bursting through the packaging (luck the leg wasn't badly damaged) and after unpacking I noticed immediately the really bad smell emanating from the chair where it had been stored. Not only that but the chair was poorly constructed/finished in several places and worst of all!! It has been coloured in with black marker pen where the joints where poorly finished or damaged. Was this done at the factory to hide the damage? or was this chair a previously returned product then re-sold as new? Either way no good. That was when I decided to start the returns process and oh my god what a disastrous process that is with Outwell! They take ages to come back with a reply, their UK courier sent a returns label and wanted the box to be taken to the post office when the box itself is very large? There is no way the post office would take such a large box and this should have been checked. He did not even bother to check the dimensions before just sending the label. Chased him up for a returns label and confirmation of collection dates and got no response for weeks on end. I had to chase Outwell to chase him and get the massive smelly chair and box finally collected from our hallway. I then had to chase the courier for the final week just for the returns label alone, good job I did as DHL did not even have a returns label, this label is needed for it to reach the UK returns/courier based in Liverpool who handles Outwells returns back to Denmark. Now on top of all that they have charged me for postage after putting me through all of that and sending me a poor quality product. I have since emailed them to ask why and Outwell customer service have just ignored my emails. Avoid them at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

UPDATED 1/11/23 AFTER OUTWELL REPLIED TO THIS REVIEW, why do we have to phone you? The message said when submitting a ticket that you will get in contact? we have been waiting for months, absolutely horrendous customer service?
