Unable to get correct information

The wheel sent did not fit the 70l wheelbarrow which I had looked up online, I was not able to speak with the customer help line (just being referred back to the on line site) Will try again tomorrow

I'm not entirely happy

I'm not entirely happy. I'm still waiting for my product and it hasn't arrived. I wrote to them asking them to send my product or refund my money, but they haven't responded. Even though it's a big company, they don't answer. I won't be buying from The Range or Oypla, or whatever they're called, again.

Poor customer service for damaged item

We received a folding table to help with Christmas and on opening it the corner was damaged. After contacting customer service they were totally inflexible with my options. They couldn't get a replacement delivered to me in time for Christmas although never bothered to even try. The only option I had was 10% which worked out to be £3.49 Hardly worth all the aggravation and time I've had to put it by contacting them. The delivery was done by Evri who obviously takes no care. But the attitude to the problem by Oypla was not much better. I won't be buying from them again, although the table itself does appear to be quite good quality.

what customer service

Their courier is rubbish and cant deliver on the day selected, The customer service of this company is non existant.... the item when it did turn up was not packaged and bits missing.

Phone and web chat currently waiting 45 mins on both and no hope.... the chat says 1 min.... but its been like that for 40 mins.....

No response from customer service at all...

what do i do???
