Based in Manchester and set-up in 2003, Packnet’s origins can be traced back to the delivery of bespoke open source software solutions to the Telecommunications sector. Negotiations for a new internal phone system in 2007 saw the company diversify by utilising their technological expertise to create their first ever Voice over IP (VoIP) system in 2008.

We looked around for literally years to …
We looked around for literally years to find a decent VoIP product we could add to our MSP portfolio, but never found anything we were 100% happy with, either with the VoIP solution itself, or the guys providing the support and development on the back end.
After being introduced by a 3rd party several years ago, we've been delighted with Packnet and I can say quite definitively that their reseller platform is simply the best 3rd party product we use across our entire managed services portfolio. Also, their support is first rate and if the platform doesn't do something that we need it to, the Devs have always been happy to look at extending the functionality to meet our requirements.
We'd never think of looking elsewhere for telephony / connectivity now and I know that our clients are very happy with the solution too.
