Do not use this service
Claimed they never received package when tracking id showed that they did, lost 300e. Not so much a scam as completely incompetent. Wish I had checked reviews before using the service, that's on me I guess
Great customer support worker! But, bad delivery.
Having my parcel misplaced due to filling in of an incorrect address was a bit of a joke. but, there was a kind and support care-support woman, I think her name was Lauren, who kindly and politely explained this to me and walked me through the amendment process.
Inevitably she amended the location herself whilst staying on the phone to me calming me as it was a sentimental gift and soon enough it was correctly delivered and retrieved by myself. She is amazing!! You need more customer care workers like her who has the patience for parcel motels customers.
Thank you Lauren.
Absolute waste of time
Absolute waste of time. No help from customer support phone or by email. No way of adding credit to your account. My package is in limbo. No way to return it or get it from them.
Nightline Fraud
Nightline are refusing to refund the money they are holding on behalf of their former customers. I have e mailed them 5 times to Emma Nicole, customer services , still no refund. They have stopped even replying to my e mail. This is fraud. Appalling service.
If I could give them 0 stars I would
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Returned package to store in UK using parcel motel on the 16th of December. Was due refund from UK store which I never received so followed up.
Package was never returned. 16 euro I spent on returning items worth 300 and as compensation they will refund 100.
Wholly Untrustworthy organisation. No explanation in relation to tracking.
Avoid at all costs. No doubt they are scamming people. Very disappointing from what was an Irish Company. Take responsibility for your actions and don’t offer a service if you cannot deliver. Avoid
Tried it once, never again!
Tried to use Parcel Motel once, when the supplier i bought from attempted to deliver the parcel to the Parcel Motel centre in UPS Customer Centre, Dublin 11 (my virtual address), the guy on the door said they weren't Parcel Motel & the supplier had to arrange delivery again. Will never use again. What a waste of time.
They stopped accepting parcels!
They stopped accepting parcels in Northern Ireland for delivery to Ireland (their key service) with about 10 days notice, my parcel was already on the way. They rejected the parcel when it arrived from China - so it is now being sent back (by land) to China. Effectively I have lost my parcel and money. I understand it was due to Brexit but they needed to give much much more notice of stopping their service. I have lost a lot of money - they can't be trusted not to change their offer at a moments notice
Dear Orla Sheila (Parcel Motel general…
Dear Orla Sheila (Parcel Motel general manager)
I am really sorry that I have to contact you this way,
It was my last resort to contact you through here.
I am having great difficulties in receiving my parcel due to error of your employees.
My parcel suppose to arrive before Christmas, and I have not yet gotten anything. My account has been automatically set up for home delivery if parcel is over sized. On 16th of December my parcel was checked in and monies taken, since then it was a constant nightmare to get my parcel. It has been stored in warehouse over a month and nobody cares. I have been promised delivery with your customer service, yet nothing has happened.
I am a long customer of your service and to receive this from you is completely appalling .
Since you are in charge I would appreciate if you could have a look at this situation.

Registerd an account got an email with my uk address got my parcel sorted sent it to the address to be told they would not accept it as it is suspended after them emailing me telling me I can use the address after spending 9 pound on postal they should really return my 9 pound as its there fault shambles first and last time using this company wasting people hard earned money
Used them for maybe 10 parcels…
Used them for maybe 10 parcels altogether from UK to Ireland. They've managed to lose two of the parcels, then try to get out of liability. I've emailed them asking how I can close the account, still waiting a month later, no phone number, all emails after the first don't event get a response. Don't use them.
Don't use
My parcel was delivered to Parcel Motel before Christmas. I never received an email to say they had it and I'm yet to receive my packages. I have sent numerous email and never got a response.
Appalling company! Avoid at all costs!
This is my first experience with Parcel Motel and definitely my last.
Parcel is not delivered for 13 days now. From Limerick to Dublin. After a few emails and phone calls it's still not clear where the parcel is. Received a very generic answer by email. I called them, when I started to complain, the agent pretended that she couldn't hear me and dropped the line. Happened twice but only when I was starting to give out to them.
The parcel tracking is not working as the same status is updated every day. This company is not providing any services as it stands. There are no channels to complain any further but I am still hopeful to receive my package at some point.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
UPDATE: on 03/01/21 parcel has been sent. 21/01/21 - parcel status update:
Status: Delivered
Location: With Customer. THAT'S A LIE! PARCEL WAS NEVER DELIVERED!
Totally unreliable, no customer service, no accountability whatsoever
Bogus company. Used to be brilliant but since UPS took over one glitch after another. Their IT went crashing a few times and nothing worked last year. On their website there isn‘t even a phone number you can ring. But by far the worst blunder they created was to refuse all parcels in Northern Ireland after Brexit. Some of my parcels were running late (for month, because of covid) and when they got simply refused, not providing any info to me or the delivery service. They did not look into any alternative on how to provide their service. Two deliveries were sent back to China without my knowledge and I even had to pay for the return. I am checking ways to make the liable for this.
I will delete my account and F**** this company!!!
Wish I could give zero stars - DONT USE P.M.
Wish I could give zero stars. I gave them proof of parcel being signed for by their employee at the end of November. Their excuse was that all the couriers know their employee's name and fake sign for delivery using his name. I then gave them the tracking number but they said that they didn't recognise it. I went back to the seller and also contacted the seller's courier company to confirm the details - all calls at some expense and I am not working - and all the information previously provided to Parcel Motel was confirmed as being correct. Still they refused to accept the information or any responsibility for looking for an item I had proved they had received.
Then they closed the Northern Irish depot. I only received one email which referred to an earlier email that I don't believe existed because they needed to know the outcome of Brexit first, and the earlier email would have been premature. Even with the email the notice was hopelessly inadequate and affected 2 parcels in transit that have now also vanished.
They then gave zero notice of changing their Dublin address and again a parcel already in transit is now lost in the ether.
Their poor service is affecting 4 parcels with the collective value in excess of €400.00 which is tough for anyone to accept, but very painful for a retiree.
I emailed 3 times and never had a response. I then phoned and spoke to an unfriendly and very unhelpful lady with no interest in my problems. Having seen the huge number of negative reviews I now understand that my story is hardly unusual and she's probably burnt out, but this lack of service and consideration from a company of this nature - backed by a company with UPC's standing - is truly inexcusable. DONT USE THEM
The worst service
The worst service. I expected to receive 1 package with 5 small boxes - they sent me 5 different deliveries and charged me 5 times for it.
Where's my parcel????
Where's my parcel?? It was signed for and delivered to mc kinney rd I can't get any responses, I've emailed and asked on Twitter , it's discracful way to treat loyal customers, I would never ever use again ,no customer service,no contact numbers ,they have stolen parcels and wh ast are they gonna do with them
Going downhill fast
This service used to be great. Since UPS took over the service has gone downhill rapidly.
Item from UK delivered to PM Dep't on 29th Dec, nothing by 27th, emailed PM - automated response. Emailed again, no response.
Finally got a response on the 5th Jan - almost a week to reply to an email? Joke
SENT AND NEVER DELIVERED !!
I sent a package to Royalmail through parcel motel last 9th December.
The awb hasn’t been scanned into the Royal Mail website despite of Parcel motel saying In their web that it was handed to the third party link.
I rang customer service in multiple occasions and have given me different replies in every occasion.
I suspect my package is lost or stolen at this stage. I have been unable to get proof of delivery off them and keep on referring me to Royal Mail.
The customer service girls have no idea what happened to my package and keep on contradicting themselves
Total disgrace and disappointment
DO NOT USE THEM !!
PARCEL DELIVERED BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT...AVOID!!!
Had a package confirmed delivered to depot. No picture in Delivered email. Agent confirmed on phone that they received the parcel but they could not 'locate' the parcel and that she would 'escalate' the issue to a manager. No word for them and chased the issue up for three weeks. Ultimately never received any information nor did I receive my parcel. AVOID!!!
No customer service…
been trying to chase a recorded delivery parcel, delivered 12 December 2020, no emails responded to.
