Not happy with product. The size of patch was not to size. For some reason they changed size of patch. Now it's too small. The patch looks great but has white thread in the black border. There are no color whites in the patch, only yellow and black. Why white? The price that was quoted was a great price. Now I know why. Very disappointed. I still haven't had a reply to my last email.

My patches showed up with some of the writing illegible. This multi hundred dollar order was useless and after contacting customer service I was told I could have a 25% discount on my NEXT order. They were unwilling to correct their mistake.

Great customer service..Staff makes sure that patches are made to your specifications..They will sent you an image prior to starting the work and confirm with you everything is the way you want it. I was hesitant at first because it was my first time using them. After how fast and detail the work was executed I can not say nothing but good words. I was impressed and they excedded my expectations..Ill definitely used them again.

Super fast proof turn around and easy to work with.

Patches are a very nice quality overall - although the edges of my patch have a navy blue outline/border - the white sides of the patch show from the front and make the edges look a little 'scrappy'... so i won't be able to just iron-on to a dark navy shirt as I had planned - will have to over-stitch and sew on with a navy thread to conceal the white edges to have a more finished look. Easy to fix - but Wasn't planning a 2nd step and add cost.
