What does not make sense here is is…
What does not make sense here is is that the phone app is ranking this company at 2.1. This is more appropriate. I would never enter a situation with this company again. The largest problem is, like many, it is almost impossible to source some sort of support. My credit card, which works everywhere else, works at the beginning but glitches out and then doesn’t. It has been determined that the cause is at their end and they know it. Any need for assistance in matters count on spending numerous hours trying to make contact. Even when it is clear of the issue when you email in, you get a typical response to look at their website to solve your solution.
I have had a store, which i never bought anything from show up in my emails as a purchase from such was overdue and i needed to pay it. No records on my account of this transaction. When i spoke to someone on the phone after numerous attempts to contact this paybright, the “consultant”.giggled and thought the incident was funny. I had visited the company in question and reviewed the payment structures but did not go forward with the purchase. How does this incident happen days after the website visit???
I have had two credit cards glitch out and have conveyed numerous times of the need to speak with someone to resolve the issues. It worked once that way. You cannot set a mutual time to go over the problem, which took ten minutes the last time this glitch occurred.
I have had collection agencies after me, and have had two transactions reported such that they now appear on my credit rating report. Still not a response from this company.
A common thread to all this and usually the basis for my reviews is that this platform of purchasing with customer service is not only not geared to helping anyone, because distancing the client more typical, but the time and effort to rectify something is crazy.
I am glad to say that my accounts are being dismantled now.
The more pressing item is how and why is a company that has inefficient communication with it’s clients goes forward to use a legal system to create damaging entries to a credit rating when the source of the issue is at the hands of the company that can’t or won’t reach out to support there clientele. This company no matter the premise is still making their profits.

This review recently. It came from the US office with a portal address to submit another form. 🤷♂️
I’d rather continue with paying off the account in full and finishing with the company for good.

Horrible customer support
Horrible customer support. I purchased the laptop with paybright, and a few days later I wanted to return it and get another one. I used a different phone number the second time and got a security risk message and my account was blocked right away. I called the help center, and they said they could not help me in any way and I need to contact the authentication team. So I did, and they requested a number of documents from me (and remember - this is just for changing the phone number), I was able to provide some of them, but not all (who on Earth has their original SIN letter????). And they rejected the second purchase with auto-email, and I don't even see my original purchase in my account.

What i wasn't happy with is when we went to set up payment only mastercard products was the only option for payments. Only had visa so ended up with a higher payment plan than i wanted!
