I wish i could give less than 0 rating to these frauds. they kept accepting my payments and suddenly they blocked my account and asked for the proofs. even after submitting all the proofs they kept my money blocked. didn't provide my transaction details to file tax. do not trust these thieves as they will surly scam you and take all your money.

Opened an account told them exactly what my business was, underwriting approved it made my first transaction well below any approved amounts and get an email stating they are closing my account.
You call the number in risk management and get no help the person you need to talk to is always business tells you to send an email and then randomly sends an email that states some things but doesn’t really explain what’s going on.
All the while they are holding your money hostage while they fail to answer your call or questions.
I wish I could be as bad at my job and still have one.
You read their reply, what they failed to mention is it took 3 phone calls and 3 emails to get a response at all, then another couple of emails that never answered the question and then finally got somewhere.
So yes the reply is correct in that finally something happened but when you call they say they will setup a call back I have been waiting for well over a week and a half for 2 separate call back requests. Was told I was being transferred to the person I needed to speak with on one phone call and waiting 10 minutes on hold while I was being “transferred”.
Their customer service skills are at like 1% as they never answer the question when you ask one they give you vague answers that just give you more questions they don’t answer. It’s almost like they sat down and tried to figure out the worst customer service a company could do and then tried to one up themselves.

DO NOT USE. Paysafe are part of Skrill. They randomly put a restriction on my account after an attempted transfer to a betting company. Fair enough. Emailed me asking what the transaction was for and said they would reply within 24 hours. This was 9 days ago. Everytime you try to raise a new case they close it as you have one open. The chat bot is rubbish. No phone number in the UK. No one replying to emails. No complaint acknoledged which is against FCA rules. Stollen £890 from me and I fear i will never get it back.
EDIT: Their response below confirms my pain. No one replies to emails and the status of the account is just pending. To the local court I go!

I talked to an agent name Luis and I requested for a manager but instead of transferring me to a manager he kept on insisting they will tell me the same thing and placed me on hold for too long.
We've been waiting for updates since January 2025 and were told an email will be sent but no emails were received. I asked for multiple questions but he does not know the answer and sounds unsure with his responses.

Paysafe stinks. Stay away from them if you're trying to get a business started and customers don't want to pay a service fee and if you have a bad couple months. Paysafe sent me a email today stating if there all no transactions they are going to lock account and charge me $100.00.Read fine print before signing don't believe a word they say when your are putting application in. I’m extremely frustrated with Paysafe’s misleading services and their complete failure to honor a promised refund. I initially used their service, thinking it would be a straightforward way to turn cash into usable online currency. However, I quickly realized that their system is extremely limited, mostly working with casinos and gaming sites, not the broad range of online services I was led to believe.
After realizing this, I requested a refund. Paysafe agreed to process it, but despite multiple follow-ups, it’s now been a full month with no refund issued. I’ve received no clear updates or communication from them, and they’ve left me with no choice but to warn others.
Do NOT trust this company. They advertise convenience and flexibility, but in reality, their services are restrictive, and their customer service is non-existent when you need them. If you’re thinking of using Paysafe, be prepared for delays, frustrating customer service, and a lack of accountability.

I got a voucher immediately the pin was blocked. The response when I emailed them was to fill out a firm with the pin number , The space to put in the pin number does not allow all the numbers thus noting it invalid.
I've never had so much difficulty querying a voucher till now
If they do not reimburse me my £100.

I opened an account with Paysafe on January 28, 2025 and paid 100 euros. 2 minutes later my account was speared. Mails do not answer or the case is simply closed. In the meantime, almost a month is over and I still don't have my money. But what I have is a YouTube channel with over 750,000 subscribers. And from now on everyone will be warned to avoid Paysafe a huge arc. Paysafe feels safe because they are sitting in Ireland. In addition, I will also write to some newspapers because such machinations must be warned.

support of this site blocked the account for no reason citing security but I did not violate any rules blocked 800€ tech support ignores for 3 days prsoto deception of customers they do not want to solve it at all and I see not the first bad review about them that tech support does not answer at all and is unlikely to answer and I will be able to get my money back

If you don't use the full sum within a month, they start to charge a "maintenance fee" which is not mentioned anywhere on the receipt (there's only a small letter footnote to go to their website and read the terms). My son wanted to use the remaining money on the paysafe card he got from his friends on his birthday, only to find that paysafe stole his present over the past months. I'll report them to my country's consumer protection authority.

If I could rate this company negative stars I would. DO NOT USE. Do research and find a better company. They locked and closed my account for no reason. Then they DID NOT process a payment, made me return it the transaction, then charged me almost $500 and WOULD NOT give me my money back. Gave me all kinds of excuses. I asked to speak with a supervisor, same guy came back on and told me no because they are going to tell me the same thing (a bunch or nonsense). I had to repeat myself and said “wait you aren’t letting me speak to a supervisor?” No was the answer. What a joke.
Their customer service is a joke and not helpful. If I ask to speak to a supervisor then let me speak to a supervisor.
They will find any reason to charge you and you’ll lose money. They won’t help you, they won’t treat you like their customer just somebody else to get money from.
They were unwilling to help me out or take my concerns into consideration.
Don’t waste your time and effort on this company. Find a good one that will do right by their customers.
