PAYSAFE ARE 100% THEIVES...I purchased…

PaysafeCard ARE 100% THEIVES...I purchased a $100 paysafe voucher from a shop where i have done so multiple times,normally this voucher on its own is all i need,i would type voucher number directly on the deposit section of whatever platform i was on and deposit would tranfer no problem,all of a sudden i have open an account with paysafe in order to use a voucher,so ok i deposit into the account that I HAD to open in order to use this voucher and they immediately blocked me from accessing it,no explanation givin,if the voucher was fraudulent why would take the money off it? 4 months later now of back forth messages,sending me links of verification that dont work....they have now requested my bank details in order to refund my money WTF and also terminated my account for breaching there TERMS & CONDITIONS.....YET WILL NOT ADVISE ME ON HOW I HAVE ACTUALLY BREACHED THEM...IF THIS WAS THE CASE YOU WOULD HAVE SAID THAT 4 MONTHS AGO😂😂
THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM ...DO NOT DO ANY TRANSACTIONS WITH THEM... THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED

STAY AWAY OR YOU WILL REGRET

I keep on receiving farudolent attempts of access to my account by Paysafe does not let me close my account! They are not satisfied with my full identification but require information I no longer have, like date of registration, place/ date of attempted access and other supid, secondary details that I don't have and don't know how to gather. It is my right to erase my account just by identifying myself but they don't allow me. Assistance provided by a mysterious An Coimisiún um Chosaint Sonraí, 6 Rae Pheambróg, Eire (!!!) replied AFTER TWO MONTHS! STAY AWAY FROM PAYSAFE!!

Customer service is belligerent and…

Customer service is belligerent and rude even when you are calm and friendly. There is a horrible level of incompetency at the company. They don't do what they say, they freeze payments and delay refunds. They improperly issue 1099-k forms and will admit the error but will not re-issue and tell customer to just note correct amount and "don't worry"

What A complete amateur company they charge a withdrawal fee but still 5 days on still waiting... After many thousands in transactions with this company its time to move on

Horrible, be careful about opening an account or depositing large sums of money. Over a week ago, I opened an account, entered a PIN, and an hour later the account was blocked. I've already sent 10 emails with no response. The account is blocked and I can't access my money. This is called theft. I'm going to file a complaint. Never again will I use Paysafecard. Horrible.

47 minutes hold time - wouldn't verify me

47 minutes hold time. Need to be verified using "owner's" last 4 of social. Tax ID, bank info, nothing else. Don't know any owner that wants all employees to have access to last four of social. When asked for manager, line went silent.

We understand the owner may be busy operating their business but once the verification is complete; they can give permission for someone else within the company to take over the call. Also, the authorize person on file can register and utilize their online portal where they can communicate with us, make changes, and access their account activity. We apology for any inconvenience.

Fees not mentioned upfront

I obtained Merchant Service through PaySafe. I was assured that there would be no fees. I was deceived because there were fees. They should be honest about those fees and let potential customers know upfront. The cancellation process was also cumbersome.

Upon filing the review, I was contacted by PaySafe for my account number, which I provided to them. They never got back to me after that, which shows what a bad and unreliable company they represent.

Holding Money For No Reason

I had someone send me money on the paysafe account Iban. I have recieved money multiple times from this person. It has been 8 days and support only gives me blanket replies and back office does not reply. They have not informed me of any hold and the account continues to operate otherwise normally. They are holding 750 euros and choose not to reply. They are scamming and ripping people off. Use any other service other than paysafe.

UPDATE 30 Dec 2025: It's funny that paysafe can reply within a day here and tell me to contact their customer service but their actual customer service can't seem to reply at all. 9 days in and still no answer from support on why they have held the incoming transfer.

UPDATE 5 JAN 2026: PAYSAFE STILL REFUSES TO HONOR A CALL BACK AND INFORMATION REQUEST. INCLUDING A NOTIFICATION THAT THEY ARE PROCESSING MY GDPR REQUEST SINCE 15 DAYS. LAWSUITE WILL BE LOGGED AS PAYSAFE HAS NOT MADE A SINGLE ATTEMPT TO REACH OUT. THE ACCOUNT IS STILL OPEN AND NOT BLOCKED THEREFOR THERE IS NOT REASON TO WHY THEY HAVE FAILED TO RESPOND AND CREDIT MY ACCOUNT

These people owe My Business 756.00

These people owe My Business 756.00 . THIS MONEY CAME OUT 1 YEAR A WHOLE YEAR WHEN CANCELED SERVICE. I CONTACTED THE Attorney General now I will contact BBB. Worse Company I ever dealt with in almost 60 years of life PLEASEEEEE DO NOT TRUST them or MERCHANT ONE. Through a private investigation I found out they are in the same Building. BEWARE!!!!!!!

My business has been closed for five…

My business has been closed for five months now. I'm still being charged a monthly fee that I cannot get lifted for whatever reason, costing me returned and overdraft fees until my bank finally closes my account at the end of this month. I've received emails that my account is closed and there will not be any additional fees. It's never correct and by this time I've racked up $700 in charges I cannot reverse. My Paysafe sales rep is powerless to make anything happen and customer service apparently is unable to help with anything.

If I could give them zero stars I…

If I could give them zero stars I would. I was given $250.00 in paysafe vouches, which I thought ,no worries I'll just create an account then transfer to my bank. You can't do that in Australia. I contacted through the app to do this, they kept coming back saying I missed some information. So after two weeks of this I finally got hold of customer service by phone. They seemed so helpful, no they are not. They have closed my account and I never got my money. Its Xmas, I was just made redundant and needed that money. Please if you don't need a paysafe account, don't get one as their service centres are overseas and they will not help you

Don’t trust this company

Aged early 40’s, this is by far the most terrible organization to have ever dealt with. Please be aware before you choose to put money in this. You will be left frustrated.

WORST PAYMENT PROCESSOR

They approved my account and the second day my account was on hold for no reason at all! I didn’t get a notification or email or anything until a week later so I was still processing payments for a week and they said “The review identified inconsistencies that could not be verified” I was never asked to verify anything and I never received a POS SYSTEM!! NOW THEY ARE HOLDING MY FUNDS FOR 180 DAYS FOR NO REASON AND I CANT EVEN RECOUPE 4k from customers this is the worst company!! THEY NOT RATED A 1 STAR FOR NOTHING

Scam

Gave them all relative information that is verifiable with public records. They responded that their were inconsistencies, of which there were none at all. Seems they just collect business and personal data. Buyer beware.
