Worst customer support I have ever seen

16 digit code worked once now it says "Transaction cannot be completed" and support don't answer back even once. I'm seeing many similiar stories and people never getting their money back.
Edit: I have tried to contact support 3 times on the page you sent but never getting answer back so what now??

DOING EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO AVIOD…

SCAMMERS, 15 WEEKS WITHOUT RESOLUTION. THEY DONT WANT TO REFUND MY MONEY, NOT ANSWERING EMAILS, HANGING UP AFTER GIVING MY DETAILS OVER PHONE SUPPORT. PAYSAFE IS A JOKE. We have been using this company for 6…

We have been using this company for 6 years and have multiple accounts with them processing in excess of $1M annually. We have had a few issues with them in the past but most of these companies are really slimy. When one of the terminals stopped working in June, I called and ordered a replacement and paid for 2 day shipping. After multiple inquiries, apparently the request and signed contract got lost on their end. Now we are in November and the terminal I had has broke so I have no terminal. When I call the customer support, they tell me to go to their website to cancel. After spending hours and multiple customer support calls, They forgot to create a username for the account I was trying to cancel. Now you have effectively lost all my business.,

I've been with them for only 3 days and…

I've been with them for only 3 days and was NOT informed at the time of my onboarding that they process Credit Card payments 48 hours AFTER cards are swiped / keyed in. I would have NEVER signed up with them had I known this. I will be switching to another merchant processor ASAP!

As a business dealing with Paysafe has a poor reputation, and my experience suggests they tolerate racial discrimination. It's best to avoid them.

My business dealings a horrific experience with this company and application paysafe and their customer service. The representatives were unprofessional, and I faced racial discrimination. They also froze my account and took my money without providing any explanation. It's shocking to see them acting innocent and playing the victim. I'm left wondering if any business owner has ever refunded $2500 to 24-25 customers. The whole situation seems suspicious. I've tried to leave a review, but they took it down. I'm warning everyone to avoid this company, Paysafe, and their app at all costs. The complexity of dealing with them is exacerbated by multiple branches and language barriers.
lol Secruty of what? Let's put all our cards on the table and see how things play out. Hopefully, karma will do its part and bring balance to your company.
Instead of threatening to involve your lawyer, why not let a judge and jury decide? I have all the evidence we need, including recordings and emails, so let's present our cases and let them make a fair judgment.

This company is probably the worst…

This company is probably the worst merchant company that I ever dealt with their risk management team lies continues to just tell you tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow that they'll be done the review, they just hold your money and definitely do not give you any answers I would stay away from this company if you're not looking to get your account on hold and your money tied up after they open up your account. The worst Customer Service, and just broken promises every day..

I applied for one of their products, Skrill to be specific but still no response on my application, I've been waiting since September and to make this worse I can't even track the progress of my application.

Paysafe constantly has probUnreliable service, useless support – stay away, you will lose your money

I have to warn anyone thinking of using Paysafe: their system is a nightmare. You need to be extremely lucky just to make a purchase with their virtual debit card-most of the time, it simply doesn’t work. Trusting this card can put you in an incredibly embarrassing situation at checkout.

Support? Forget it. Nobody answers requests. Their AI “assistant” is completely useless, and their so-called status page (status.paysafe.com) is nothing but a lie. Most of their services, especially the cards, almost never work.

Here’s how their scam-like system works: at first, everything runs perfectly. You feel like you can trust them, so you deposit larger amounts. Slowly, they start sending fake “surveys” to your email, pretending to care about your satisfaction. You start thinking, “Wow, what a great company that really cares about its customers.” But it’s all a trap to keep you trusting them-until more problems inevitably appear.

Once you load around €400–500 into your wallet, your card will suddenly get blocked. No warning. No explanation. No way to unblock it. Meanwhile, you waste hours sending support requests and navigating their broken website, encountering more errors at every turn. If you try calling them, don’t even bother-you’ll never get through to a real person.

If you’re lucky and your account isn’t blocked, you might eventually withdraw your money-but after going through this, you will never, ever recommend this company to anyone. Not even your worst enemy.

It’s shocking that a company registered in Bermuda with offices in London can operate like this without any accountability. The way they run their business makes you wonder how they haven’t been shut down or investigated yet.

Consider this your warning: don’t be fooled by Paysafe’s initial smooth start. It’s a trap, and it’s not worth the risk.

Eddie from Paysafe illegally ran my credit within 10 minutes and declared my application!

Then when I tried to call back to speak to a manager you can’t they want to verify that you have an account and then they say I am going to have to have a manager call me back and then when the manager does call me back he’s arguing with me over the phone he never asked for my Id or anything he just ran my credit

Don’t Do Business with shady Company!

Eddie never told me he would be running my credit! And without a physical ID. I would like this Inquiry Removed. I think under the circumstances it should be removed but when I talked to management they said it will not be removed but I Implore customers not to do Business with them.

Casey non-response

I spoke with Casey about onboarding with paysafe. He asked me to send our current merchant statements for comparison - it's been over a week since I sent them & no response. I've tried calling his direct number & left messages to no response. Called the main # today and was transferred to Casey but it was just a forever hold. Now today I see another review that says they were told paysafe is not taking new customers?? Not at all happy with their company. Shame because their rates seem pretty good.

They stole so much money from me opening up a second account that I didn't use for two years and for those two years they drained my checking account for an account that I didn't even use.!!!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Very unprofessional

I scheduled a call to get onboarded on their platform as a merchant. The PaySafe employee does not show up on the call they scheduled. Fine... Things like this can happen. I send an email to ask for a follow up and no response was given to that email. I sent another reminder a week after the initial meeting and they mentioned they're not accepting new customers? This is extremely unprofessional behaviour and I'm quite disappointed.

Stay away from these lot. Waiting over a week for there customer service to reach out and it’s so frustrating. In the time I’ve wasted on the call credit and emails/calls I’d say I’m down about €50/60 all in .Lost a customer with this happening

No one go near this website. There the biggest scammers ever . Paid for €25 worth of paysafe on the 16th of September I’ve rang numerous of times I’ve emailed numerous of times the codes not working . It’s been with a case agent now since the 17th . I will never use these again. The amount of time and call credit I’ve wasted ringing from Ireland is a joke and they could care less
about there customers. STAY AWAY!!! I’m not even ringing or emailing anymore they can keep it. Such a bad experience from something I used so often . Lost customer!!!!

Horrible communication

Horrible communication, constantly putting holds on funds to business account. AVOID

UPDATE: Now they are demanding copies of bank statements, invoices and a detailed description of our business and what we do. I was told we could issue a refund and close account. Tried, but refund to customer is lost in space. Even though their portal shows it, now one in customer service can see it. Told it will take another 48 hours for research department to look into it. I asked to speak with research or for customer service to and they said they don't have phones. Seriously!? they don't have phones? They have been holding money for a week now. During a call with customer service I received an email stating if I don't turn over requested 3 months of bank statements they will hold the funds for 180 days before they will refund to customer. My company aside, how is that fair to the customer making the payment. Customer service wants to throw hands in air and pass the buck, same with fraud department. Company is an absolute joke.

The first batch was flagged due to processing outside of your average ticket limit, using an out-of-state card that had previously declined prior to approval. As a result, a document request was issued on the same day to verify the transaction and resolve related concerns.
As of today, we have not received a response, and unfortunately, this has prevented us from moving forward with the review. Funds remain on hold until the requested documentation is provided.

We kindly ask that you acknowledge the request and submit the required documents by the deadline of 5:00 PM CST on Monday. If we do not receive the documents by this time, the account will proceed to closure, and funds will be held for 180 days in accordance with your merchant agreement.

Have had absolutely 0 issues with paysafe for a while, all of a sudden tried to buy online with my own card in my name (same name on both accounts) and its been temp suspended opened a case and been ignored for 3 days 🥲 will change to 5 when this is resolved .

Deposited cash at a paysafe point at an Asda Store, the deposit was stopped by paysafe as a security risk? Where is the risk in depositing cash? absolutely none.
Eventually contacted them, waited two days for a reply. They said they stopped the deposit for security reasons and told me to go back to Asda and do a new deposit barcode, the store refused and said they had sent the money to paysafe and it would make their till roll down. After that failed paysafe gave me another refund option which didnt work, then was given a link to send receipt for deposit, ID documents and bank details. Then I was told I was going to be charged to get my own money back which they've had for two weeks. I replied that it was their fault my deposit was stopped and caused me nearly three weeks of hassle. They now have said I can't have my own money until I agree to be charged for their incompetence. Also it will take a further 10 days to receive my own money back which will take it up to a month of waiting. I think they do this deliberately to hold onto your money to gain interest on it and Im sure they do this on a massive scale for their own gain, terrible company should be investigated by the watchdog.

My thanks to the complaints team.

I am editing this review on 18/11 with sincere thanks to paysafes complaints team. After so much anger an frustration they have stepped in and put everything right. My personal info was updated. My withdrawal has been approved and they’ve even given some compensation as an apology.
With the speed they’ve taken control and resolved things this morning I can only offer my sincere thanks to them. I’ve currently given 3 stars. I’ll increase to 4 stars as soon as the withdrawal hits my bank account

Edit: upped to 4 stars. My money hit my account today.
