What a joke!!

What a joke!!! A merchant sent me a request to process a credit card payment for service. Tried to process and received error after error. tried calling Paysafe and it took me a half an hour to just find a phone number and called and they were closed. If I was the merchant I would be looking for another vendor to process my credit card transactions.

Scammed but not everything

Got scammed hoping my bank can get back the fee I didn’t do no more than one once they said I needed to pay an additional 150 upfront and would get back when loan transferred. Tried to say due to its coming from a business account I even said transfer the money while on phone and I’ll send back the 150 but I knew they were not going for this just wanted to test that water there. Thank goodness I only paid out 29.01 no more scammer should be located and shut down

DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTRANCES

This company is an absolute disgrace, they guarenteed my loan thenb asked for £25 depoist as I have a low credt score, i paid it, then evey time i was assured the loan was being paid to me i was asked to pay more and more 'fees' 'charges' and taxes. I have stupidly paid out over £1200 to them and still no loan. This has destroyed my family as i attempted suicide over this! they have no compassion and when i asked for my money back they refused. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

They are horrible and need to fire…

They are horrible and need to fire their entire risk management team. They pick on anybody who's just trying to run their business. Hold funds based off what they think even if you don't exceed your limit. HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE

So for the last 2 days I've email…

So for the last 2 days I've email support can't even get on chat.
To no fault of my own i lost 2 paysafe cards how ever I do have the transaction id numbers because I have use them. The casino that I use them on does not have the paysafe 16 numbers only transaction id
number. You think I could find anything on how to look up a transaction id for a poplar company they have no support no information an the information they do have don't exist like the transaction tool it's just another way for people to download there app because I for the life of me I can't find it. An all the portal that they they have links to omg they don't work.
Has for the the FAQ well there really is nothing. I still haven't heard back via email an the 0800 number on there nz site don't even go. But if you search check Transaction number in there search bar alot of info comes but there is no useful information at all. I'm posting this so in future try not lose a paysafe because there isno information no help no support.

They need to stop scamming people and…

They need to stop scamming people and pay out. I made a mistake 2 mths ago trying to withdraw my on my bank account. Was asked to verify myself with bank statements to prove it wasn't in my bsnk. Then asked for a different bank account to refund it to and got told a lie about it taking 10-14 days. I previously put more money into paysafe what I won on the 16th Aug ... their company withdrew it behind my back 3 hrs before I logged on to oay for something. I didn't even get the verified email to say the withdrawal on the 16th had been made. Only a email asking yet again to confirm my bank details so they can pay out. I spent 2mths chasing the 1st payment which, of course did not get refunded as I'm told by them and now I'm restricted from my account until it's investigated. A fraudulently platform that takes people's money then refuses to accept liability. We should all report them to the police. I was even told by them to do so. How stupid. Did they think I was just going to let it go... no still waiting. And I guess others are too. By the look at reviews, £1000s of pounds and more have been scammed by paysafe

Really need to have Zero or negative…

You are a set of FRAUDSTERS as declared by my bank, the Police, the Action Fraud Team and most importantly by the Financial Conduct Authority. Therefore , my Solicitor has advised that we take you to Court and have your FRAUDULENT and SCAM enterprise and operations , so that we can shut you down and Prosecute the individuals involved. Therefore we demand ALL contact details, names, addresses and phone numbers for ALL the individuals and involved "so-called companies" ; ALL not recognized by the FCA, ASAP. The longer we have to wait for responses, the higher the refunds and legal costs it will cause you. Just admit your criminality, which is blatantly obvious to all other parties and agencies and refund me the £286.33 already and fraudulently paid PLUS significant compensation for the distress caused. THINK IT IS WORTH BEING PROSECUTED AND HAVING YOUR BUSINESS SHUT DOWN, FOR JUST THIS SMALL AMOUNT ? REFUNDS ASAP NOW !!!

Sick scammers

After a dreadful scam taking 2k from me followed by my bank only being interested to disprove iturned to this amazing wonderful group. They reassured me my loan had been approved.
Then it happened. A charge for every step. I asked anymore charges was told no. Behold another charge
At 500 I pulled the plug and asked for my money back as I needed to get a loan to apply for their loan. I lost the plot and thought to myself they are not going to refund me. The same guy turned from polite caring empathetic to a total air hole. Cold not interested and with the view of I've got your money pay the 150 or don't up to you. My advice.....

Why are you still scamming people

Why are you still scamming people? How do you sleep at night knowing that you have scammed people out of money that you know they do not have?

You need stopping and bought before the Courts to face your crime's as what you are doing is a Crime.

So you are now making out in your reply to my review that you are real when we all know you are full time scammers.

The link you put on here for so called support is just a fake website to make you look real as you know the Police can see these reviews.

You both are the lowest of the low.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Complete scammers had an email saying successful loan approval pay £25 insurance. I was tempted to pay it but had a few questions which they did not answer. Another email came saying £75 was needed then funds would be sent. I called them out. Please do not use this company

Obvious site and application to enable fraud

This site is obviously used as a way to scam people. They also have 0 business processes for complaints or for any type of fraud. Their app is and will be a breeding ground for fraudulent activity. Stay away from it. If anyone ever asks you to use PaySafe use an alternate method. We will be reporting to the relevant authorities. Their customer service teams are atrocious. It seems they have no timescales for any of their required business processes including complaints and fraud investigation. Do not use PaySafe. The date of the experience is spanning from 9th July all the way through until now. They are currently saying they can’t tell us when they will give us responses to both our complaints and the fraud case.

Paysafe? Pay more? Pay for? Can't pay at all.

There are no annual fees for Paysafecard if you top up and use the service within the 12 months.
However, I have been blocked from accessing and using my debit cards (and therefore every payment that comes off those cards) because my "...annual subscription could not be deducted. Please add funds to reactivate your account and resume normal operation." as a notification above a positive balance in the account and no payment requests in the Activity Stream.

So who pays the penalties when Paysafe cannot or will not provide the service they are supposed to and expect a customer to wait 24-48 hours for a response from a service agent.

And why can Paysafe not provide a chat bot that has any function or use at all? Least of all one that can provide help in the defined language of the customer - regardless of what country they are using the app in.

It's 2025. AI can do better. It may be sufficient for Germany or other countries whose banking systems are circa 1990 but for a mainly digital global platform it SHOULD be better.

The app has had a complete retrofit 4 times in the last year and it doesn't seem to be moving in a forward direction.

I'm forced to use Paysafe currently, but I very much look forward to the day when I no longer have to be inconvenienced and frustrated and antagonised and penalised because of a service that I pay for.

Update 21.07 after the standardised reply from Paysafe:
Obviously Paysafe cannot provide a solution here. But I wasn't looking for one.
2 days later I am still waiting for a response from a customer service agent after requesting assistance - BEFORE posting here.
So I can add that Paysafe will respond to bad reviews faster than they'll resolve a problem.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. They ask for £25 insurance which is not acceptable for a lender to ask and after they are asking for £75 in order to process the loan and keep chasing you to pay the £75. I don't know what happened with the £75 because they are not registered with the Company's House. Their company end on Uk with small print . I don't trust them.

Scam and Fraud Artist

I wrote a review on Trust Pilot about this Co and Trust Pilot did contact them because they did respond and in their response they didn't deny anything I said about them they only asked that I contact them. They gave no way to do this, so I called the only number I had which was customer service, after the 3rd call they did give me the no for the Fraud Division. A man told me that they had sent me a email on the 1st of July I looked back for emails both in the Inbox and spam and I saw no email. I called back and I talked to a Lady and she told me that I had to wait until I got a email explaining what documents I needed to supply and once I supplied those document the Fraud Department would start their process and that normally took 3 to 4 Months. I called back and I got the same man I had talked to earlier, he did send me the email that was supposedly sent o the 1st. The email said the needed the following Document: 3 Months Bank Statements, Documents showing the procedures my Co used to do business, Documents showing what Advertising my Co did, A copy of the Sales Receipt of what was Sold for the $600 and Documents showing where I bought this and Document's showing I paid for this, I also must supply documents showing information on the Purchaser, showing his name, address and Phone No. Their is a Statement in their Advertising that says
"WE ARE SERIOUS ABOUT FRAUD" and that is the only truth I have gotten from this Co. I am at this time quite sure I will never get my $600 but I intend to do all I can to try ad prevent anyone else from being duped. Had I read Trust Pilots and the BBB reviews I would not have lost my $600 but I didn't read them until afterwards. Believe me it hurts a 86 year old man living on SS and struggling just to survive and support his invalid wife of 65 years who is in need of much care and because I know for a fact there are people that are in much worse condition than we are that these people will scam, that I will not stop doing all I can to help prevent them from taking advantage of anyone else.
