I too wish I had read the reviews, trying to get a refund was a very long and painstaking experience. They only seemed to have one card machine they could refund me on! Never again which is a real shame as the clothes are gorgeous.
Do not purchase from this brand!! I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. They cannot defraud customers like this, I will be filing a complaint with a consumer protection organization in Spain. I did not expect to be defrauded by a Hanover Princess
I purchased a dress from this website, but ended up returning it. The item has been already delivered at their warehouse and since then, I haven’t received any updates about my refund. Their customer service don’t respond to emails at all and the live chat on their website is completely useless. No one ever responds!
On top of that, they make you pay for the return shipping, which is ridiculous considering the average price of their items is around €200.
Overall, I had a very disappointing experience and I do not recommend buying from this site to anyone.
I ordered a dress on the 14th of May. The websites says 5-10 business days for orders shipping outside of Spain.
On the 28th of May there was still no notice of my order being shipped. I wrote the company via email and through instagram several times but I wasn’t given an update on my order as requested.
On the 9th of June (!!) I receive notice that my order has been shipped. Still no respond from Philippa 1970.
On the 14th of June I receive my order only to find that I’ve been send a dress two sizes smaller than what I ordered.
I have tried to contact Philippa 1970 everyday both through instagram and via email, and still no response. In the meantime the dress sold out in my size and I’m now wondering if my size was ever available….
I bought the dress for a special occasion that I will not be able to wear it for.
The dress is beautiful but at this price level I would assume that the experience I’m having as a customer would try to be rectified.
Even though the clothes is stunning, I really CAN NOT recommend anyone outside of Spain to buy from Philippa 1970.
