I saw the advert on Facebook and thought I give it a go, bought quite a few items but wish I read the reviews before. The parcel arrived thee weeks later, it looks as if it came from China but the company is advertised as UK. The clothes are a terrible quality, look and feel very cheap. Some don’t look like on the pictures and even received a cardi in wrong colour. I send a message to say that I want to return it but received nothing back as yet. I do not want to pay for postage back as I feel the adverts are misleading but will probably have no choice. Don’t make the same mistake as I did. Don’t order from this website!!

Really wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. I ordered my 2 piece 4/16/20 and I haven’t received it yet. I emailed customer service and they said it will ship soon. Got a Fedex tracking number and according to Fedex, this hasn’t been shipped yet. They just have a label made. Emailed them again for a follow up and still nothing. Now looking to get a refund ... customer service is non existent. Just give me my money back at this point 🤦🏾‍♀️

Hands down THE WORST customer service I have ever received. Was given the run around for two months about a pair of shoes I never received, first they were out of stock then when a I requested the order be cancelled they suddenly were back in stock then It took another month, well they just showed up and they are three sizes larger than what I ordered. They refuse to refund me. I have never had a retail experience like this ever.

Honestly if I could give a 0 I would! I brought an item it took over 2 weeks to arrive and then the item I received was wrong. They are refusing to offer a full refund and refusing to pay my delivery to return the item that they incorrectly sent me!!! The best excuse they said was that ‘the item looks different in different lighting’. It’s very clear that the product I ordered and the one I was sent are two completely different product codes. They are making it impossible for me to return this item and I’m being dealt with by different people every time I’m emailing. Absolutely disgraceful service do not buy from this company!!!

Dreadful all round...... item poor quality nothing like images on site... returns are an absolute joke, they make it almost impossible to return items, steer clear!

I wish it was possible to give zero stars. The dress I bought was dreadful, nothing like the picture. Cheap and nasty.

I blame myself for not checking the reviews prior to ordering. Do NOT waste your hard earned money!

This company is a scam, the clothes look nothing like the picture Its so bad it’s actually laughable, disgusting cheap quality, I’m not even going to send my stuff back because I want nothing to do with this horrible company. Don’t make the same mistake I did!!

Ordered two blouses after lockdown had started. They took money immediately. 2 weeks later still waiting for my order to leave the warehouse. Appreciate problems during lockdown but don’t take people’s money if you can’t deliver.

Everything is FAKE on this site. The steal pictures from influencers on instagram to feature their "products". Avoid at all rates.

I made my order at the beging of feb and Only today got 3/4 items and still missing one item.

Ordered a top and it wasn't true to size, quite cheap looking. On trying to return I received 2 emails offering me a very small part percentage refund and to keep the top. Found it very painful and time wasting when all I wanted to do was get a return label to send it back. Eventually got it after a few failed emails which didn't attach the returns label. I paid and got tracking number. Waited. Checked and they had received the parcel on 21st Jan but chose not to refund me knowing they had received the parcel. It was only when i contacted them on the 6th Feb to ask where by refund was they then processed it. Will never buy from again. Terrible company when wanting to return an unwanted item

I was disappointed with my product. It was shown on the website as a silky shiny material and when it arrived it was just plain polyester- I ordered the item as I loved the way it draped, with the material shown. In terms of sizes- order bigger than your normal size as they as small fittings. Over all disappointment, and after waiting 2 weeks for delivery as well!

Really really disappointed... the item does not look at all as the ad and the material is super cheap and tacky. So pricey for nothing!! And also the sizes are super small! A medium was more like an extra small, will never use again!

Had to put 1 star to write a review. Sizes absolutely unrealistic. Way too small. Mine was faulty and they agreed to refund the postage, it cost over £10 to send, asked for copies of postage to refund. When I got a message to say I have had a refund they only paid part of the garment back and no postage. Absolutely shambolic with no customer service. Please avoid at all costs. Been very stressful.

Like so many people on here, I too have HAD to give this at least one star to enable me to leave a review, ideally I would have put a minus!!
My item did arrive, but like so many not on time. I have used better quality dish clothes and dusters than the dress that I received, not to mention the totally incorrect size guide. I ordered a size 14 but to be honest I have more chance of this dress fitting my 8 year old granddaughter. Like a lot of other people I have been offered 15% discount to keep the item, but out of principle even if I have to pay for return postage I am returning it for a full dress price refund.
I would like to see someone from facebook blocking this company coming up on the news feeds. I personally will be blocking them as soon as I get my refund.
Let all your friends know NOT to use this place !!!!!!

Avoid this company at all costs! Sizing totally inaccurate. Size 12 would fit a size 6! Quality of garments is terrible. Impossible to return items as the cost of returning costs more than the garments. Offer of a 20% refund which I doubt I will see as my ‘account details’ don’t appear to exist anymore!
