Rejected payment bc they confused Amex with Visa
My initial payment was rejected and refunded and it was said it was bc it was an AMEX payment. In actuality, it was a Visa payment from the same account I used to pay the same bill as last year. I had to contact them on the mistake and sent another one. Fortunately, this was not super time sensitive.

There is no support
If there is an issue with payment, there is no human to talk to. The support system is very unprofessional. I have $25,000 payment that has gone missing and I can’t talk to anyone in support for help. It’s all email based. Very dissatisfied right now.

There was only one day leeway for payments to be received so it would have been nice to know when payments were actually received. Date of Receipt is more important to us than Date Deposited.
