I have had nothing but a positive experience with pocket pills.

Fast delivery and special instructions were followed perfectly

There is something wrong with the employee answering the text messages. They think and respond like a petulant teenager and make problems instead of solving them. Clearly, they have never had any customer service training and there is no way to escalate communication to an adult.

Instead of deleting, I thought it would be fair to update.
Customer service called and has informed me that the company will rectify the situation. I am impressed with the follow up call. Brianna was a great help, thank you. 5 stars for customer service.

The medication was delivered correctly but the driver was very rude.
The driver said,"10km and 30mins" with a scolding expression. I have no idea what he meant.
It is my fault that I have missed the driver's call but I was not expecting my medication to be delivered on May 8th at 8pm in the LATE evening. The delivery tracker on the app originally indicated to be delivered on May 7th.
It would be very useful for the driver to call maybe 15 mins in advance to notify that the delivery is coming. Other private delivery service has that in place.

Very efficient delivery

My dosage was dropped from .25 to .125. The larger dosage was not working. I had no side effects that were not expected. Why would it be lowered?

I love pocketpills! I’ve been using their service for the last five months or so. They deliver my prescriptions on time, and pick up the phone quickly if I ever have any questions/concerns. Everyone i’ve spoken to has been really kind and helpful. I have allergies that are in common medications and pocketpills was great about making a note on my profile and double checking everything before sending it off to me to make sure it’s safe. Would definitely recommend!

I had an issue with my order being stolen from my front door, and they changed my deliveries to require signatures and sent me a replacement right away.

I’ve had repeated issues with this company and unfortunately the service continues to get worse. Orders are consistently delayed, incorrect, or cancelled without any communication. Most recently, I placed an urgent medication refill order that was supposed to arrive by Friday, only to later discover it had been cancelled without notifying me at all.

What makes this especially concerning is that this is medication that cannot simply be stopped abruptly. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service through messages and phone calls, I have received little to no response and it has been nearly impossible to get hold of anyone to resolve urgent issues.

Mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication, accountability, and support — especially when dealing with important medications — is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend improving customer service and order management processes before more customers are left in stressful and potentially unsafe situations.
