I wish I could give zero star to this…
I wish I could give zero star to this shitty service of being called pocket pills. Instead they should be called pocket pickers they would refill your prescription and deliver your order even without your formal consent.
I ordered a medicine from doou health and my prescription was to be delivered two weekd from then.
I messaged them to delay my shipment but they shipped it and charged my credit card.
When I told them to refund my money they said they will do nothing about it.
Their customer service sucks, I wil’ be filling formal complaint against them.

Everyone is on it. Just one helpful hint. If you have it be gone to sign, it would be great to have even a 4 hour window. Otherwise you are trapped to your house and not ideal. Just helpful feedback I hope

Poor Priorities
Two orders in and both were delayed unless I actively chased someone to fill them. Not a great start.
What stood out though was how quickly PocketPills moved to fill my most expensive prescriptions during the transfer process, before I had even requested them. I actually had to stop those orders myself.
From a customer perspective, the priorities feel backwards. Reliability, communication, and consistency are what build trust and long-term loyalty. If customers can’t count on routine prescriptions being handled properly, but high-cost meds get immediate attention, people notice.
Short-term revenue optimization at the expense of customer experience is a risky strategy in healthcare. Over-deliver on service and people will naturally consolidate more of their prescriptions with you over time and recommend you to others. Right now, the experience feels transactional rather than patient-focused.
