Quality of work and ease of using website.

After seeing the proof I reached out to Print Place to explain my order was wrong and needed adjusting. 1 day after my request they went into production anyway, producing an item that is worthless to me now. After trying to prevent the shipment to no avail I received the product more than 3 weeks after I ordered a 2 day delivery as well. Zero help in fixing the issue. Took my money and did nothing right. Do not recommend. Made a new order with a new company the same day.

PrintPlace was recommended to our organization. We are very happy with the A1 service, quality, and pricing.

Stickers were well printed and the backing was easy to remove -- a big plus compared to the last order we got from a different vendor. We'll use PrintPlace again.

Placing an order with PrintPlace was fast and easy. I like that I could reload my artwork multiple times and generate new previews each time. When I had questions, the live chat was super helpful.

I uploaded a design for a folded business card and when received they printed it incorrectly. I was told their “ system” determined the back (that I designed) should be the front so changed my design when printing. They did this without notifying me about the change which was incorrect! They said they needed me to send them a photo of what I received , which I did and since that time I have heard NOTHING even though i have followed up. I asked that they reprint it correctly as i designed it. My initial order was ordered in plenty of time to receive for an event I needed them for. I explained the time sensitive nature of getting these reprinted but no response to date. The cards were the quality I needed so I have no complaint on that. BUT the fact that their “system” CHANGED MY DESIGN and did so WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and that they have not responded about a reprint in a timely manner is inexcusable. Thus the 1 star review. I would give zero if I could.

Our designer made a mistake on the bleed and your graphic designer fixed it without any fuss and within an hour or so. The order arrived very quickly, actually BEFORE the anticipated date. The flyers looked great! The pricing was competitive. We would not hesitate to use you again for any of our print projects. Thank you.
