A very pleasant person who was very knowledgeable of my requirements made the experience very enjoyable and put me at ease with regards in making decisions that will affect my senior yrs ahead, she was polite and very professional without being condescending and always gave the impression that she was fully up to date with the required information to help me with my thoughts/decisions.

Unreliable Service

Unreliable Service
With my new role, I will definitely not be continuing my pension contributions with this company again.
I submitted a withdrawal request but received no confirmation email or update. A week later, I attempted to make another withdrawal request, only to be informed that they were already aware of my previous request. Despite this, I still had not received any communication confirming the status of my withdrawal.
After 10 days had passed, I contacted Profile Pensions and was told that someone would call me back within 2 days. Unfortunately, no callback was received.
I then received an email from Richard Penney on Monday 11th May stating that I would receive my funds on Friday, 15th May. However, I later discovered that the withdrawal request had only just been processed, meaning the original information given to me was misleading.
As a result, I have now been left without funds over the weekend, which has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I am extremely disappointed with the poor communication, delays, and lack of reliability throughout this process.
I just received an email from Nawaz saying that I should get my funds today or by next week... I have news for her I spoke to Aegon, they informed me that you just made my request today. They were helpful, saying I should get my funds by next week. You should have called me.

Unfortunately, there was a delay in processing due to a technical issue on our provider's platform, which meant the transaction could not be submitted on the first attempt. We acknowledge that we could have kept you better informed about the delay and the reasons behind it, and we sincerely apologise that this did not happen.

We can confirm that your withdrawal has now been fully submitted and is awaiting release. We have been actively chasing for you, and we are happy to say you should expect to receive your funds by the end of today.

Once again, we are sorry about the experience you have had, and we hope this has now been resolved for you.

I have been with Profile Pensions for a number of years. All appointments were over the phone with all security in place. I have had very good & well managed returns on my Pension, kept well informed on their App plus by Post. I would certainly recommend!

Very professional every time I asked a question I got an answer back fairly promptly I get regular updates from my advisor and the log in proceedure is simple enough although not a dedicated app but easy enough

Everything was easy

Everything was easy, I had another pension that I wanted to transfer. A few clicks and the relevant reference numbers and it was set in process. A few weeks later it was done. That's it. Straightforward - if only everything could be so easy.
