Unsecured parking theft
Booked Propark online for the Costa Mesa, CA location at the Hilton on Bristol to fly out of SNA. Parked my vehicle for 5 days and upon returning from my trip found my vehicle vandalized. I filed a report with the manager, but they attest that they are not liable for damage for self parking. Even though they have security at the location they are apparently lacking in doing their job. Damage to my vehicle wasn’t a hit and run, it was vandalism by an individual or individuals where things were removed callously from my vehicle. I for sure will not be parking there again. Even as a hotel guest I’d be wary of parking there.
Great service and friendly people.
No problem at all. Employee scan the bar code on my phone and made it so easy.

I applied on indeed for the full…
I applied on indeed for the full time/part time graveyard valet position at the Parc 55 hotel. I get a call from Scott or Joel enticing me by saying if I agree to start on day shift for now that they would get me on the graveyard shift. I agreed and showed up for the interview. The guy that came to meet me did not introduce himself and showed no smile. He tells me the strike would mean I would be bouncing around on days shift from location to location, every week until the strike was over. Something they failed to mention in the hire on ad or on the phone. The ad said the job was for the address of the Parc hotel specifically. If I would have known this, I would have said no. I asked what strike? and he looked at me like I was stupid and said in a sarcastic tone, "um, the hotel strike?" I was already willing to temporarily help them out on the dayshift, but now he was giving me an attitude on top of a compromised offer of bouncing around locations. I then told this fool that I had originally applied for the graveyard shift at this location, not days all over town, but was willing to compromise temporarily by doing days at this location like was agreed to on the phone. I asked him what about the graveyard shift I applied for? He says there is no graveyard shifts. His mood and tone with that statement implied that my needs were of no priority for him or the company. I would wind up doing a year for them and still be fighting for the graveyard shift just like how Ace parking did me, right down the street. The corruption of the valet companies in SF is staggering, having been all around CA doing this. I see why the tents that are on the street are not all drugs and bums. Employers flat out lie to you and hope you are poor enough to compromise on your morals for work. I stood up, told him I was not interested in compromising on a compromise at my own expense, and I left.
Wish I could give ZERO or negative star…
Wish I could give ZERO or negative star rating. I used one of their parking facilities, in at hotel in downtown San Diego this past June. My car, which was a rental, was dropped off with no damage. When I picked my car up there damaged to the right rear bumper. I immediately filed a claim through their company. Come to find out, they used a public paid parking lot. The car wasn't parked in secure facility away from the public. I know this because I found the parking receipt from the the public lot they used on the dash board. This is very misleading. They need to let customers know their cars are being taken to a public parking lot and not be secured on the hotel property. We have not heard anything from them since we filed our claim. Very unprofessional and very irresponsible company. As an employee of the hotel brand where I park, I will be contacting my corporate office at Pro Park and their F Rating on the Better Business Bureau and 1 Star Rating on every other platform. I'm sure this well know hotel brand does not want to be associated with a company with such a negative reputation.
Poor Customer Service and Bad Quality Parking
I've been a monthly parker at one of their structures in NJ for the last few years, and unfortunately, the service has been consistently poor. Despite yearly price increases, the quality of the facility hasn't improved—in fact, it's gotten worse. The exit gate is frequently broken, causing frustrating backups, and ongoing construction has dragged on for three years with no end in sight. To top it off, a failed attempt to repaint the second floor negatively impacted car tires, and this issue wasn't addressed on other floors.
When I requested a prorated fee for October, as I only needed parking for two days given the ending of my lease in the attached building, I was told no and advised to pay the daily rate instead (which would be $50 while the monthly rate is $161). This policy is unreasonable and shows a lack of consideration for long-term customers who pay on-time.
Overall, this parking structure is poorly managed, with escalating costs and declining service quality. I cannot recommend this facility and advise others to look elsewhere.
Safe and Secure
I had left some things in my car that I should’ve. Didn’t know if the parking lot had security and through about it often on the trip. However, everything was as I left it in my vehicle. Safe and secure.
Didn't need the showboating!!!
Parking was fine but security personnel was ridiculous! No where were we told or any signage that said we had to have our travel documents out and in the front seat of the car with us. Our documents were in the front of our carry on for easy access to the ship, but carry on was in the trunk with the rest of the luggage. We couldn't get out to get it, but security wanted to play like the hero in a childish kind of talking down to way about how he was going to make it so easy for us. He spent so much time telling us how easy he was going to make it, that if he would have not put on the show and asked for what he needed we can have been in, in no time at all and without the hassle!!!! Worst port security person i have ever dealt with on a cruise.

I had no issues parking my vehicle here for a five day cruise. It was just how I left it upon return.
Friendly and welcoming staff
Friendly and welcoming staff. They guided us right to where we needed to be. The whole process was extremely easy from booking online to leaving once we were back from our cruise. I also feel the current pricing of $85 for the whole week ($17 a day) was a good price.
Shady business damages vehicles
My car was damaged by valet attendant. I had to reach out to claims team multiple times as there was no status update provided on my claim. They denied responsibility despite me having photos with timestamp upon pickup of my car. I was given no paper to sign and there were no signs visibile of their “rules”. The Director of claims is not fit to be speaking with customers. Awful customer service. Very shady business practices. Use Spot Hero instead, it’s cheaper and you have peace of mind.
Don’t believe the website - impossible to get car back
We looked online to verify that our keys would be available 24 hours before valet parking our car for a graduation ceremony and we have been standing in a cold dark parking lot for over an hour looking for the person that has our keys. The cops have checked every propark lot, we’ve called every number, we’ve filled out every “contact us” form. They were great at taking our car, sucky at giving it back.
Do not park here
Do not park here - ever.
This must be the most shady company I've ever had to deal with. They damaged my vehicle at one of their lots, and then wouldn't reimburse me for the damage they caused. I spoke to an attorney and he validated that they were at fault, but that the hoopla of pursuing reimbursement would cost more than the $400 to fix it.
They know they were at fault, and knew that it was easier to lie than do what it right.
These guys are the worst. Steer clear of their properties at all costs.
Easy to reserve and pre-pay
Easy to reserve and pre-pay! Very secure - have used several times! Parking is secure - never any problems!
