Easy, fast, safe, and close.

We prepaid our reservation. The reservation process was super easy. Check-in on the day of our arrival was a breeze. The lot offered plenty of safe parking for both us and our vehicle. Also, couldn’t be any closer to the cruise ship.

All the folks were very nice and…

All the folks were very nice and helpful. The only thing that was a little confusing to us was the luggage check in. We got in line with everyone to show are boarding passes only to find out we was supposed to check our luggage in first. So, we had to step out of the line check our luggage in and then go to the back of the line again that we had just be standing in for 5 minutes or so. Should have had one more person walking the line looking for folks with luggage and informing them to check it first before waiting in line. Overall good job.

Don’t ever and I mean ever trust the…

Don’t ever and I mean ever trust the valet named Propark Mobility at SpringHill Suites Baltimore Downtown/Inner Harbor. We had our car burglarized in their possession. My family jewelry box which was my wedding present from Martin was stolen with 25k worth of jewelry. Oh, and Marriott hasn’t returned our calls. Nothing “they can do.”

Oh, the thugs have zero taste - they left several bottles of fine wine.

No signs for porters to take luggage

Quick and easy getting in. There weren’t any signs about dropping your luggage off for the porters to take them so we had to carry all our luggage to the spot where porters did take them. I would have also liked a little more direction on getting out of the parking lot.

Cheated by Propark/Parkonect Company

We thought we were purchasing a 24 hour parking space at the Boston Common Garage for an overnight visit to the city. We entered the garage at exactly 1 PM and tried to depart at 9:45 AM the next day, that would be well within the 24 hours. We prepaid $26 for this. The barcode does not work to re-enter the garage. And the machine at the exit insisted upon an Additional $18 to raise the bar for our car to exit! We asked the garage attendant on duty why and he shrugged and said he works for a different company than Propark/Parkonect and there was nothing he could do about it. We will never use this prepaid parking service again.

Cheating and non people friendly folks

I was using rental car for a month and used to book temporary parking in apartment. Most of time Propark portal throws error message "Parking permit is not available." . Around 2:30AM when towing team tried to tow my car, i stopped them and explained the issue. Also shown an email which i sent to leasing office about the portal issue. Still they refused to release my vehicle from Apartment parking spot and charged 136$. Bad experience with this company.

Jaxport cruise parking

The parking lot at Jaxport was easy to get to, well maintained and very close to the cruise terminal. The fee was reasonable for a secured lot. The attendants were very pleasant and helpful. The overall experience was great. We will use their services again and highly recommend them to relatives and friends.
