My experience was good from the entrance gate to the care given my car in the parking lot. There was no damage to my vehicle while parked for the duration of my Cruise!! The attendance working with the Parking facilities as well as those working with Carnival Cruise Line were excellent!! Very helpful and extremely courteous.

Rude start to a vacation
Every employee we encountered in the parking area was extremely rude. A terrible way to start a vacation. Definitely in need of training in customer service and how to treat people in general. Disappointing to pay to be treated this way.

We were having trouble finding a space…
We were having trouble finding a space and there was actually a person who directed us where to park. Otherwise I’m not sure we would have found a spot as where he parked us was not an actual parking spot. Our reporting time was 12:30 so not sure where everyone afterwards parked.

DO NOT PARK HERE
Couldn't find keys for an hour. Thousands of dollars of damage to vehicle (hit a column) and refused to accept liability. If there were negative stars, that's what I would give.
