I went for a job interview and And then was told to fill out some paperwork when I did now they said I was hired but no hours to work I went back to the company the next day And then the company wasn't hiring anymore

Lack of instruction
We were not made aware that our boarding pass was needed to get into the parking lot. The first guard shack we got to we presented our parking pass and they told us to go forward. The second guard shack asked for the boarding pass. My wife went to get out the car to get the boarding pass and was yelled at for getting out the car.

Very organized parking
Everything was orderly and smooth. Plenty of parking space located close to boarding terminal. Parking spaces were plenty wide making it easy to park and open doors to unload luggage.

Jacksonville parking
Overall satisfied. I can't give 5 rating due to all the congestion in line waiting to pay. I had already pre-payed on line but still had to sit in very long line. It would be great to have separate line for ones that had already prepared. I couldn't find handicap parking place or person in golf cart to help me get my husband to terminal. He can't walk long distances .

We took a cruise out of Jacksonville…
We took a cruise out of Jacksonville Florida and this was the first time we drove to the port. The area if fenced and locked in and several security supervising the parking lot. My car was in good hands!!

We parked our car for 6 days
We parked our car for 6 days, while we were cruising. The minute we pulled up the men were asking us what we needed. They were there ready to drive us and our luggage. Great!
