I booked parking online to secure my…

I booked parking online to secure my reservation for parking in advance and paid $85. It stated my parking was from 8AM 8/27/22 through 10AM 9/1/22. I printed out my parking confirmation with my QR code on it. Upon arrival at 9:20AM the security guard stated I could not park until 9:30AM. I showed him my email confirmation and explained my reservation stated I could park starting at 8AM. He responded rudely stating I could go to another lot to purchase parking and park there. I sent Harden Perry, account manager, of the lot an email about the situation at 9:25AM. He responded at 11:31AM stating he was sorry I was turned away and the lot was now open. If the lot does not open until 9:30AM, the website needs to be corrected to reflect this.

EASY PARKING

I prepaid for our parking. It was quick and so easy. We were able to park so close to the terminal that we didn't have to use a shuttle,but it was offered! The staff was so nice and friendly. I love this port!

Peace of Mind

I utilized the online purchase option. The attendant was helpful and accommodating; especially since I didn’t have my code printed, ect. My vehicle remained in the fenced parking area for 6 days. Upon our return, everything was safe and we had not encountered any damage or loss of property. It was reassuring to know our vehicle was as secure.

Navigating the entrance was easy and staff was strategically placed to direct you to the parking area. Exiting was simple and easy.

Staff were kind and easy to work with

Staff were kind and easy to work with. We had to leave after checking in. Staff helped us find a parking place even though the lot was full because we prepaid and made sure we made to the cruise check in on time.

Although staff is friendly and accommodating, and the parking venue conveniently within steps of cruise ships, the parking area itself is completely outdoors! In Florida, this is not a good option. I'd prefer covered/indoor parking similar to that in Miami, Tampa, Port Canaveral...
