Suite à ma commande d'un bidon de 5L de Goudron scandinave pour bois, j'ai reçu un colis avec bidon défoncé à l'intérieur, le goudron ayant coulé partout à cause du couvercle défoncé. Le colis avait une apparence intacte de l'extérieur mais éclaté lorsque j'ai ouvert. J'ai fait un film de l'ouverture et envoyé un mail à l'entreprise qui n'a même pas daigné répondre. Je déconseille donc l'achat de produit avec cette entreprise, au SAV fantôme. / No response from customer service. Or no customer service? After ordering a 5L can of Scandinavian wood tar, I received a package with a can that was smashed inside, with tar leaking everywhere because of the smashed lid. The package looked intact from the outside but burst when I opened it. I filmed the opening and sent an email to the company, which didn't even bother to reply. I therefore advise against purchasing products from this company, which has a phantom customer service.
