I have been a customer of Quickline for a month now and have nothing but good things to say about them. The speed is what you pay for and the customer service is excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending Quickline. They are far better in every respect to my previous provider.

Sam S has just installed our broadband at the caravan, and I can’t praise him highly enough. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful.
Nothing was too much trouble for him. He took the time to make sure everything was set up properly, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond to ensure we were completely happy before he left.
It’s rare these days to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service, but Sam is exactly that person. He is a fantastic advertisement for the company and a real credit to the team.

Great initial experience with the sales rep (Mark)
We got a knock at the door by a salesman for quickline, they have just rolled out their fibre network in our area. I said to Mark that I wasn't interested as im holding out for openreach to finish their fibre rollout in the next few weeks- im with sky broadband current, so upgrading through sky seemed the obvious choice. Mark said thats absolutely fine, he never pushed the usual hard sale, he just left me a card with his number and said to call him if I change my mind.
Later that evening I looked at my current package with sky, I was shocked to see that I was paying £47 a month for broadband and a phone line (that i don't use). quickline was offering me a package that was 20 times faster and £17 a month cheaper.
The next day I called Mark using the number he left me, he was extremely helpful and sorted everything out for me. Mark is an asset the quickline. Hopefully the product is as good as the sign up process.

Everything relating to the installation went smoothly and as planed.
Whilst doing the installation Nathan took his time to explained all. This was very helpful and much appreciated.
On completion, Nathan check everything to ensure we were up and running.
