Over 100.order, 2 items are too small, they refuse to answer or send a return label, and just now they did offer to send me only a 35. refund...REALLY...I need a return label & my 100. credited to my account accordingly, they refuse to do that!! DONE...reporting this to the BBB!!

Do not use this company. The product was completely unlike the picture on their website. Returns are a nightmare. I had a lengthy email exchange, which they finally stated they would accept the return, but I have not yet received the refund.

Tops were excellent, would have given a 5 but still haven’t heard back from you concerning a return I wish to make.

I had a question about their return policy, and they answered promptly to clarify that you can return within 30 days if it doesn't fit, but will just need to pay for shipping. Their customer service person was friendly and helpful. And I love the t-shirts. They seem to be very well made. And their tag lists their adherence to good labor practices, use in some designs of recycled fabric, donation of a portion of sales to charity, and good pricing due to eliminating the middleman. I will order from them again.

Lovely materials. Dress fit great. The tops are too small but I will pass them on. I could have used a larger size, which you don't carry.

This place is a rip off ! So upset with them ! Not made in the USA as advertised ! No return and no refund ! Don't let them scam you too !

This was the first time ordering from Rafa. Their designs were so intriguing. When I received my tops they were beyond expectation. The quality was excellent. I will definitely order again.

Misleading articles poor quality. I do not recommend to order anything. Pictures are misleading, i have cancelled my order in the 24hrs but they told me it was already shipped so they could not refund me. I checked on the package when the products were shipped and it was way after my cancellation order. Of course impossible to send back the articles. It s a theft. Avoid ordering on their website. They don t even put what the articles are made of on the label but you can tell it s some very poor quality and has no ressemblance with the pictures of their website. Prices are high for nothing

The item I received is not exactly the same or as nice as the picture on the website.

The designs were just as shown and they fit my big fat arms. I will be buying more.

The pictures on the website do not accurately depict the actual product. I ordered 3 things. I received 3 items but 1 was not what I ordered at all and the other 2 were low quality material and not like the pictures on the website. I wanted to send them back but they wanted me to keep them because I would have to send them back to Dubai and it would be expensive and I would have to pay shipping. They offered to give me a less than 50% refund. And they said they could do nothing else for me. I would NOT order from this company again and recommend that no one else does either. I would give them no stars.

Ordered 2 separate orders. The first order hasn't come after 2 months. Not able to track order. Tracking number says not in the system. My second order came 1 month after ordering but is not the quality of fabric I expected and the other blouse is not what I ordered. Not able to obtain a return label for a refund. $90.00 wasted. Jan 2nd, 2023 and still waiting on order from November 1st,2022 not able to track 😒. Cancel half my order because I don't need a Christmas Sweater anymore. no phone number to call to speak with anyone in costumer service. Online service doesn't follow through and got no where. So frustrating.

If I knew it was going to take a while to get my order, I would not have been so nervous, and communication was a generic email. It took Oct-Dec to get my order. When I received the order, the sweaters were nice, 2 shirts were nice (L size) but too small. Good quality. Now, I know how to order my sizes next time.

Love the sweater. You just have to be patient as it takes some time for the item to be delivered
