Very happy with the extremely fast delivery and products

Chairs are great delivery really quick. I was told on the day of delivery I would find out what time they would be delivered. Unfortunately this didn't happen and they were delivered early so no one at work. Driver had delivered them left outside and was leaving the building as I arrived. If I had know I would have been in work early to open up

Having ordered various office equipment I had an issue with one of the panels on the desk - Zaneta from Customer Services responded quickly and sent out a new part the next day which was an excellent response to the issue.

I ordered a desk, a mobile 3 drawer under desk pedestal and a 3 drawer under desk pedestal and these all arrived the next day in the morning. The desk came in 3 parts. The legs, the modesty panel, and the top. The packaging was good and nothing was damaged.

The desk was easy to put together and feels really good quality. I use it to work from home, and have both a 32 inch monitor and a 27 inch monitor on it. There is plenty of space. The under desk pedestals only needed the wheels and the handles attaching.

Overall I highly recommend Rainbow Zebra if anyone is looking for a desk and under desk units.

Placed and paid for an order of 8 polypropylene chairs in good faith only to be contacted a few days later to say that the site had given wrong postage calculation and that £100+ needed for postage to Northern Ireland. Tried to see if there could be any be any negotiation on this price but they were either unwilling or unable? Did receive a refund a few days later for what I had paid but the whole experience delayed me from buying the chairs I needed. Found another supplier who did not charge extortionate delivery rates.

There was some initial problems with delivery but once aware of it, they went above and beyond to correct it.

The first delivery vehicle couldn’t get into the village as it was too large. The 2nd delivery came in a can but the desk was damaged so rejected.
