Not great

Not great customer service. Bought an item which appeared to be in stock, was then contacted 4 days later to say it as was out of stock for over a month.
Refund was applied very quickly though, which was good.

Out of stock item shown as in-stock

Item stated in stock on their website, ordered and received an email the next day (once full payment had been taken) stating the item is out of stock, the wait would be 19 days for stock re-fill.
Item cancelled and 6 working days for payment to clear from my PayPal then another 2 working days for my bank to clear the funds.
Poor misleading service stating items are available.

Happy

I was really happy for the good price compared with the others sellers and for free sipping too. The item arrived the same day as promised. Simply perfect.

False Website Advertising

Placed on order late Tuesday evening, delivery scheduled for Thursday. Heard nothing around tracking details so called them up. After calling they explained there were delays and that I would get a text message once loaded onto the van. Friday comes around, still nothing - chase up via email only to be told item is no longer in stock, but on the website still showing as available. Enquired about another similar style, exactly the same problem. Website contains multiple items that are false advertising - items not in stock nor can they offer next day delivery. Refund requested and bought elsewhere like a few others on here.

Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear this. I have looked into the order and can see that there was an error in the stock feed from the warehouse to the website. This allowed the order to be placed in the first instance. The order had 'gone through' so it was in a pending collection state, hence why you would have been advised about the text once it was collected by the courier. We have now put in places measures to ensure that the stock feed does not fail again, so that they will not get processed in the same way. We are also in the process of updating the regularity with which the stock is updated, due to an increase in demand and some lines being much faster movers than others.

However, I am sorry for any inconvenience caused by the issues with this order.

Pretty useless. Attempted to obtain a price match from them 4 times- by telephone (twice), by completing their online form and by email. Still waiting a response 1 week later. Ordered elsewhere.

Black Mesh Office Chair - Alpha I

Had there not been the single issue this would be 5 stars - unfortunately my order got lost so I had to chase. However the customer service was spot on and once the problem was identified it was resolved very quickly and promptly. The Chair I bought, Black Mesh Office Chair - Alpha I, is great - some have commented about having to lean back - I don't understand this as my son and I both use the chair (I sit in it all day for work, he at night for gaming) and we've had no issues.

I order on Thursday and on the invoice…

I order on Thursday and on the invoice says delivery Friday to Monday.
On Monday someone told me that my order was out of stock and if I would like to change colour.
I complained because my order was supposed to be at my home, they just apologised and insisted if I want to change the colour I will have my order In a couple of days. I agree even I was disappointed with the customer service. After that, they told me again that the new colour they offered me was out of stock too and If I wanted to change to a colour that I already asked for on the first instance. After this I cancelled my order.
The return was in a couple of day. No complains about this.

Fantastic Service

I had been looking for an office chair and had been let down by a couple of other online retailers. I stumbled across Rainbow Zebra and placed an order. The chair arrived the next day in perfect condition and it was very easy to assemble. I am very happy with the chair - very comfortable and money well spent. Excellent service from Rainbow Zebra and I highly recommend.

Great Service

Like many, needed an office chair as working from home and my back is wrecked after six weeks sitting in an inappropriate chair all day long. Tried numerous websites, including Amazon, and everyone is having supply and service issues but many are still guaranteeing the earth. Rainbow Zebra are obviously having some problems as well but following a small issue at the point of payment I've received the chair on Wednesday lunchtime that I ordered on Monday morning. Chairs great, order from here with confidence. Thanks to everyone at Rainbow Zebra for keeping going at this difficult time.

Gaming chair

Superb customer service and communication
I ordered a gaming chair for my son from rainbow zebra. On delivery we found it had a small tear (most likely done in transit). After contacting rainbow zebra I had a replacement sent out within a day and arrangements in place to collect the damaged one.
Excellent communication and really happy with total service.
