Unacceptably long lead times
Unacceptably long lead times to open my account despite telling me to add funds to my account. I took £80k out of my savings account to deposit in my raisin account only to discover my raisin account is still not open 5 days later. So I gave £80k sitting in my current account earning nothing instead of the 4.1% I should be getting. Useless.
Dashboard and Phone line Unavailable - Stuck Funds
Before my deposit matured, I could access all functions of the website, after my deposit matured, every link I clicked was error and my funds are stuck. Currently sitting on the edge, trying again to email and call, including calling Raisin UK for assistance.
Avoid
after multiple bank side technical issues,n othing is happening with my savings account applications in 3 weeks. No communication from Raisin in over a week.

Opening account unacceptably slow
Opening account unacceptably slow, got to 75% then they wanted a copy of my bank statement. I'm not sure why they need this to open a savings account? Response to emails is glacial. As others have said avoid, avoid, avoid. I've sent email instructing them to cancel my application.
Understaffed & Underwhelming
If you have 20mins to spare you will eventually speak to someone at Raisin. And if you are lucky they might know what banking is about, e.g. issuing statements and finding out about your money.
Three weeks on - three calls and two emails - and the illustrious Raisin neither replies to messages nor issues statements of our savings.
Nor calls back when requested.
Avoid it, this company must be about to go under.

Tried to open a joint CD account…
Tried to open a joint CD account through Savebetter. Would only allow me to open an individual account. Also wanted to add a beneficiary to the account. Called customer service number 4 times before I talked to a person. She told me that I should email the information to their service dept. Are you kidding me? I am going to send sensitive information over my yahoo.com email account. Don’t think so. This may be a legit operation but not one I want to trust my money with. I am a retired banker with 15 yrs. in the industry.
BEWARE - 6 weeks, money in limbo and no response!!!!!
I transferred money to my Raisin account on 13 Feb 2023 and it’s been sitting in ‘pending’ mode ever since while I lose interest and can’t access it to withdraw it. I have contacted Raisin FOUR times by email/in app messaging and still no response. Do NOT trust these people with your money, it is outrageous and a breach of banking standards and responsibilities.
Customer service is non-existent
I can't access my savings account since it switched from N26 to Raisin because it's an old phone number, which I can't update without access to the old one.
I've contacted Raisin via email twice and requested a callback once in the last 2 months and I've heard nothing. I'm locked out of my own money and not a single peep from this company!

My 'non-banking' experience with Raisin started on 31st January 2023!
I have been a satisfied customer of the bank for a couple of years
I tried logging into my account in January and to this day have been unable to get a new password
I have spent time TRYING to call them and assured that I will have any technical hitches corrected...NOTHING
I have sent emails, I have kept a log....it is mid March and I cannot log on, check, manage or be treated as a human being....any advice??
Slow to respond, still waiting on funds
Took them several days (as their processes on the app don't work and they dont respond to messages about that) to change my nominated current account. Now been trying to withdraw money for days, no response. Avoid at all costs.
Worse customer service ever
Worse customer service ever. For MONTHS I had been requesting to change my adress, I still had and adress in the account that was no longer valid after 6 months.
Slow money transfer from savings account to horrific Raising account and finally to my account.
Just closed it and will never use Raisin again.

I tried to open a savings account with this company / provider twice now to no success . They ask you for further documents and then you dont hear anything after uploading these requested documents ! Terrible so please Dont waste your Time or Money with this lot
Frustrating and Useless.
I have been trying to open an account for the last two weeks.
Though I have TWICE uploaded a utility bill for proof of address purposes, I continue to receive requests to do so!!
Their return-call contact number I have rang on several occasions, only to be told each time that its mailbox is full and cannot receive messages.
Email requests for Raisin to phone me have failed to elicit a response.

I have spoke a good few times with the customer service and to be fair I did not have to wait too long however I'm still not 100% sure to carry out my investment with raisin.

Absolutely awful experience and still ongoing! Substantial life savings matured 31st Jan still not had money transferred to my account to enable withdrawal. Direct messages not answered. Eventually spoke to CS over a week ago, who 'will raise to' '3rd level' whatever that is and really sorry. However a week later still no money! Complaint made to Raisin, apparently will respond in FIFTEEN DAYS! but all I really want is MY MONEY! AVOID!!!
UPDATE 19th FEB STILL NO MONEY DESPITE THE RESPONSES! LIKE OTHERS NEXT STEP POLICE ACTION FRAUD
