Rational FX delivered the promise friendly - but complicated.
Rational FX delivered what they promised, and were always friendly.
What you could improve is the process (design AND execution quality): some steps took a long time; I feel I had to ask several times; and instead of progressing "peacemeal" (first: the amount; then: where do you want to send the funds; then: funds bounced back because of different setups (Swift; SEPA) between my consultant and the other team), deliver complete instructions the first time.

Quick and easy
Been using for regular monthly transfers for several after switching from Currencies Direct. Brilliant easy to use website, numerous payment options - so quick and easy despite all the obstacles out nanny state government put in place that seemingly inconvenience us tzx payers but provide no problem at all yo those that want to flout the rules

Our platform is available to use on weekends and bank holidays however payment wont be processed until the next working day.
We have API for specific currencies meaning some payments will still be processed on weekends depending on receiving bank.

Excellent service from the trading team - less that 24hrs to lock in a trade price, send the invoice, me to pay the invoice, then them to send the currency and have the currency credited to my account. Considering this involved multiple banks in different time zones and different currency this is a great result!
