Highly responsive throughout
Highly responsive throughout. Sarah, quickly came to quote, maintained excellent communication. I had a veery difficult experience with lawyers messing up, which meant an aborted journey into store. All in the stride of the Reads Removal team and they safely stored and moved me again. it was no fuss, no stress and totally reliable. On day removal teams were fast, efficient, friendly and clearly experienced...Nothing at all damaged.

Our move was completely stress free
Our move was completely stress free. The removal men ( Michael, Chris and Sean ) arrived in good time , were extremely helpful, very friendly and totally professional ,all of which ensured our move was totally smooth and we ended the day as calmly as it started. The quoted price was extremely reasonable and much lower than quotes we had had from other companies and everyone we dealt with at Reads were really helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend Reads Removals and really want to thank the Michael, Chris and Sean for their exemplary service

Brilliant! We moved twice in 4 months and the service both times (once local to rented and once further away to a permanent new home) was amazing!

Very efficient and effective service
Very efficient and effective service. Helpful friendly office staff and very hard working team on the day who planned ahead and delivered exactly as they said they would. Our move was a large one but they took it all in their stride (including the suit of armour!) and had a great sense of humour along with it. Would recommend them to anyone.

The service provided was professional, reliable and comprehensive. The excellent service started with a thorough and accurate assessment of the scope of the move. The removals occurred on time and with a highly effective, hard working team. Boxes were provided ahead of the move as requested. The placement of the contents was also implemented with energy and care. I was impressed at the recovery of unpacked boxes a few days after the move which helped to provide space and order. I recommend Reads without reservation.
