Extremely poor customer service, no updates and took 9 weeks to inform me they could not send the vinyl they advertised as having.
Shop else where to avoid disappointment.

Thank you for your review. We understand your disappointment: waiting nine weeks for a record only to find out it can't be delivered is frustrating.
To explain what happened on our end: this release turned out to be a rare collector's item. Record labels often keep these titles listed in their B2B distribution systems long after physical stock has run out worldwide. That puts retail shops in a difficult position and leaves buyers empty-handed.
When an item goes on backorder, our policy allows up to 60 days to locate a copy through alternative suppliers. If it remains unavailable, the order is automatically canceled and fully refunded—which was done when the 60-day window closed on your May 28th order.
That said, your criticism regarding the lack of communication is fair. Following protocol technically isn't enough if a customer is left without interim updates for two months. We need to communicate better during that backorder period, and we are working to fix that process. Gerrit

Awful service, no news on order after 2+ weeks
Basically a fraud website. I ordered a vinyl on 11th of February, two weeks later there is still no news on any potential delivery. If you don't have the item in stock, or are unable to deliver, just say we don't have it and refund the order, instead of keeping quiet and pretending the order never occurred.

Het spijt ons dat je onze werkwijze als zodanig hebt ervaren, maar we moeten hier wel de feiten benoemen.
Bij het bestellen van de betreffende LP van Delain stond duidelijk aangegeven dat de verwachte verzenddatum tussen 12 en 27 februari lag. Deze informatie staat ook in je orderbevestiging. Wij werken met specifieke import- en leveringstermijnen voor vinyl, wat we vooraf transparant communiceren zodat een klant weet waar hij aan toe is.
Termen als "fraude" zijn hier dan ook volledig misplaatst en feitelijk onjuist. We hebben je bestelling inmiddels geannuleerd en het volledige aankoopbedrag direct teruggestort.
We houden van vinyl en van eerlijke communicatie. Als een levertijd niet past bij je verwachting, lossen we dat graag op, maar onterechte beschuldigingen horen daar niet bij.
