Massage gun stopped charging

My massage gun lite was great until it stopped being able to recharge! Purchased two of these devices within the last 2yrs and unable to find any answers or how I’m able to resolve this issues…. No email, tech support. Shocking!

They took the money and ran.. scammers

Ordered massage gun 2.0SE in February and became suspicious when nothing arrived and no dispatch email. contacted them by email twice over a couple of weeks. Nothing. it seems they have done a runner but continued to take people's money for as long as possible via the website which has now been taken down. Have just opened case with Paypal for refund.

Gone out of business

Have a Recovapro lite still under warranty, but there's no way to contact them, neither does their website exist.
Worse still, there's no videos on YT to show how to open it up to repair it.
Bad call buying this.

Would not recommend

I had a very disappointing experience with Recovapro. I reached out to them three times via email asking for an update on my replacement charger, but I never received a response. Despite following up multiple times, they completely ignored my inquiries. In the end, I never received the product I paid for and had to get a refund through my credit card company. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend Recovapro to anyone. Poor customer service and no accountability.

Placed an order on the 31/1/25

Placed an order on the 31/1/25 , for next working day delivery. Didn’t receive it . And communication from them . Emailed them on 2 occasions. With no reply . Tried ringing them but not answer . There is obviously an issue ! They still taking orders online . Stay away from this company!!!

Company has disappeared 😢

I bought a massage gun a couple of years ago and it was great. Annoyingly we have lost the charger and it is a specific and unique connection. I have spent 6 months trying to get hold of them and having initially replied to me saying it would be back in stock in 2 weeks they have now gone silent, and from the looks of things they have gone bust. Their website has disappeared.

Ordered a massage gun on the 13/2/25 with next day delivery. Still to this day I've got no massage gun!! I've sent 4 emails, messaged on instagram with not one response!! Does this mean I've just lost £200?? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Great product, dreadful customer service

The Recovapro is actually a great product. I contacted the company as mine had developed a fault and they agreed to repair it for a charge to cover postage (it was out of warranty) at the end of October. After countless emails (many unanswered) I still have not received the massage gun back. I have tried every method of contact I can think of including messaging the CEO directly. Looks like the company is in trouble, trying to get a refund, not hopeful based on others experiences.

Took the money but didn’t deliver the goods

Placed an order for a replacement in January, nothing received, chased and was told a new one was being sent out and still nothing received. No response from customer service for 3 weeks and the website seems to have disappeared

I placed an order in November and it has still not arrived.
Customer service is slow and often my emails go unanswered.
I have been promised two replacement orders, non of which have arrived.
And now my messages are being ignored completely.

I ordered a product and it didn’t arrive after nearly 2 weeks of waiting. I was promised a refund but they never sent the money and have now challenged the decision to not send me the refund. Complete scam. It’s been over a month

Stay away!

Stay away! A few weeks ago, I ordered a massage gun for £229 with next day delivery. It never showed up and all my emails have gone unanswered. I now realise that the website has not been updated for months because it still shows 'Black Friday' deals on the home page.

I believe this was once a legit business because my friend has one of their products. My guess is that the company is failing and the owner has left the website live in order to bank some additional cash on the way out. Please spend your money elsewhere!

The item does not work

The item I received does not work due to a dangerously faulty charger , I have emailed the company numerous times but received no reply.
In the past I have recommended this company as previous products have been excellent unfortunately their customer care is non existent.

SCAM (It's been 3 weeks i emailed them)

I purchased two of their items worth £258.50 (one worth £219 and the second £39.50) on January 27th 2025. I have emailed them but i havent hear anything from them to this day. I am extremely worried this could be a scam.

Its such a shame

Its such a shame. Much like many other reviews here, this is a good product marred by its Non Existent Customer Service. I have been trying to return a faulty product (within the initial warranty period) and after one reply accepting the return, no further reply was forthcoming on how to do it! Have chased a number of times thereafter to no avail. There is no phone number or operational address on the website (only an email address) which is a red flag to start with. Furthermore the CEO Andrew Okhiai speaks very highly of himself on his Linkedin page, but clearly has no idea how to run a business. I can only suspect this is either a one man band set up, or about to go into administration. Be very careful before ordering and if the price is heavily discounted I suspect the product may be a return item put back into stock as mine would seem. Would love to hear from you Andrew.
