I was a bit nervous spending so much on a Hermes bag for my first purchase from ReDeluxe but I'm so glad I did it! Item came very quickly, was exactly as described (authentic, exact condition specified) and I even got a little coupon code from Hunter for my first purchase. I'm currently looking at their website and Instagram all the time in search of my next bag. Highly, highly recommend! I know I'll be back!

I purchased the advent calendar on launch day. The good items were Really good and useful, but the bad ones were unpleasant. I hope that next year those less enjoyable items will be replaced with better selections to further improve the overall offering.
What really stood out to me was their amazing customer service—they consistently go above and beyond to ensure customers are happy with their purchases. I also love that this is a family-owned local business, always willing to help and dedicated to giving their best. Supporting them feels great

The packaging was beautiful on the calendars however the gifts were lackluster and cheap! The quick promotions that expired quickly and were small were insulting. I was very disappointed with these items (especially since they were purchased as gifts!)

I love the way it was wrap and packed. I decided not to open it yet because i love the way it looks so i will keep it that way for awhile.😊

I just opened my Gold Reissue WOC! Oh my! It’s gorgeous! I have to say I was skeptical about ordering from REDELUXE because I have never ordered from anyone but FashionPhile, or purchased directly from the Chanel Boutique. I am SO impressed. It’s perfect as far as I am concerned. I will never be concerned about the “Excellent” rating REDELUX gives items. I hope to buy from REDELUX again.
