I'm person that like knowledgeable…

I'm person that like knowledgeable People when it comes to their Job and eager, help. I wanted to look at several floor plans and got exactly that. Andre' was a man with a plan help me maneuver threw the property and the website. He was my reason for deciding to go with Legend Homes in Splendora. I also would like to thank Carla for her profisoncity with the website and made it possible for me to go even further with my search please keep up the good work.And thank you very much.

Is a scam!!

Is a scam!!! We live in Jacksonville and we were considering moving to Tampa so we were viewing properties locally during the week and Tampa on the weekend. Every week the account was "paused". We're a multi year tenant with one of the national wall street hedge fund slumlords. It was considered suspicious that we were considering moving. Yet these companies and rently operate everywhere pricing people into homelessness. The hypocrisy of these criminal enterpriseses to consider anything suspicious is laughable. Just be careful because they take your money then block your account! REPLYING to their statement. This is a scam, when you're offered a service for a fee and the service is not provided. I paid the entire fee so I should be able to look at homes in the entire network. If I want to fly from coast to coast daily to view homes for my amusement, it doesn't violate the policy. There are no scam concerns because they have my DL bank card and scan my face at every property. Scammers simply lift the pics from zillow and put them on Craigslist. If you want to limit the experience then say you are paying for views in x city ONLY

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They take your money to view homes and then refuse to let you view homes. They use to be a great company. Easy viewing, no hassle. Now AFTER you pay, when you want to view a home, they give you an identity quiz with questions that do not even pertain to you. Then they pull up your credit score and will tell you that you can not look at a house.
We will never rent from a company that uses rently.

Went to house twice couldn't get smart lock didn't work call customer service they have call me back
this looks and feel like a scam what happen to real people and even if we get the home how i no they cant
get in it

We apologize for the smart lock malfunction and delayed callback. We understand your concern. Rently provides the software and facilitates tours, including remote troubleshooting for smart locks. When a lock has physical hardware issues, like the one you experienced, the property manager is responsible for repairs and access.

As we don't have your tour details, please send us the property address and time of your attempted showing to support@rently.com or (888)340-6340. We will then follow up with the property manager on your behalf. We can assist with software or account issues, but physical lock problems require the property manager's attention.

We understand this experience was frustrating, and we're working to improve communication between Rently, property managers, and users.

Love being able to self-view…

Love being able to self-view properties. One smart lock did not work at all. One lock box was very difficult to use. Keys were not working well. Otherwise, it was great.

In order to provide best services, the Rently app does charge a small fee similar to other apps. Best in class services include but are not limited to self guided touring. Self guided touring has many benefits including increased showing flexibility and zero added pressure of an agent. Additionally, our thorough identity verification process provides top tier renter and owner safety/security.

Despite the above benefits, we recognize some Renters may prefer agent led touring without verifying their identity. Fortunately, numerous properties offer agent led touring free of charge!

What a horrible app

What a horrible app. You have to give way too much personal information. The app is glitchy. It took about 15 minutes of refreshing and resetting the app to get it to work. The sales individual from the building even said it doesn't work very well. Lost connection during the tour so couldn't even finish the tour. If another building asks me to use this app I would just walk out.

Do not recommend

Do not recommend. Unprofessional, sloppy, poorly documented. Find a different provider. Paid for the service AND bought the special Rently lock because you can’t use any but theirs, and weeks later self-showing is still not available for my property.
