Purchased specific Toyota Corolla seat covers


Purchased specific Toyota Corolla seat covers that when installed don’t fit Corolla seats, they are to tight around the seat making the centre where your back sits, raised like a hammock and very uncomfortable, feels like there’s a air bubble behind your back, Toyota Corolla seats have raised sides, the material stretches over the sides very tight creating a bridge over the centre that doesn’t lay against the seat, you can’t push the cover back to the seat as it’s to tight, if you check listing photo it shows seat is flat without any curves and Toyotas seat is not like this. I messaged seller showing photos and explaining my issue within 30 minutes of delivery, asking for advice or to swap for correct fit but was ignored. Returned at my own cost and re ordered from carseatcover-uk who have the correct seat In the photo. Annoying as it’s listed specifically for Corolla and all there seats come standard with raised sides, likely a universal cover just listed as Corolla. I will add that the quality of the cover was good and if they had of fit I would have been more than happy with them.

Non-Delivery of Refund and Poor Trading Practices

I purchased a vehicle cover for a Ford Transit from this company. The product quality was extremely poor and not as described. Following the purchase:

I received no order confirmation or acknowledgement email

Multiple attempts to contact the company by email were ignored

The company does not appear to have a functioning customer service or company email address

As a result of the lack of response, I was forced to open a dispute with PayPal.

Only after PayPal’s intervention did the company provide a return address. I returned the goods as instructed, however no refund was issued, and the company again ceased all communication.

PayPal ultimately had to intervene and refund me directly, as the seller failed to meet even basic consumer obligations.

Based on my experience:
The company provides no effective customer support
Refunds are not honoured without third-party enforcement
Consumers are placed at risk of losing money
The trading standards demonstrated are well below acceptable levels
I believe this company should be investigated and its ability to trade particularly through PayPal or online payment platforms should be reviewed to prevent further consumers from being affected.

A dreadful company

A dreadful company, I would not recommend anybody dealing with these they do not reply to you. They have damaged my car as the seat cover I brought specifically for my Jaguar with beige leather interior has now turned blue even their advert for this is modelled on a beige interior. I will be spreading reviews far and wide via social media and every other platform to make other people aware what an irresponsible company this is as well selling inferior products. I am also pleased to announce that Amazon are going to remove them from their platform as a result of this.

Heavy Duty Car Cover " Absolute Rubbish "

Bought a supposedly " Heavy Duty " car cover from Rhino Autostyling. After 5 months the fabric is splitting and letting rain water through, all the waterproof tape over the stitching is cracking, peeling and discoloured and the stitching is pulling apart absolute rubbish do not waste your money !!!!

Avoid at all costs!!

Avoid at all costs!!! Wanted a refund for some car mats but Impossible to contact as you just get ignored. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering but I consider myself lucky that I actually received a product based on these reviews. Nonetheless this company is a joke

Misleading, Uncomfortable, and Poorly Designed

These seat covers are not made for the Golf Mk7, despite being advertised as such. What arrived was a set of generic, ill-fitting covers that bear no resemblance to a tailored product. The worst design flaw? Velcro slits positioned exactly where your arm rests — making them immediately uncomfortable thanks to the abrasive material digging into your skin.

It genuinely baffles me how any company could think this product is acceptable. Who signs off on something that offers such a poor user experience? If you're after quality, fit, or comfort — look elsewhere. This is the kind of item that guarantees no recommendations and certainly no repeat business. Avoid.

Have not received product ordered or Refund. I have emailed Rhino - No Response. I phoned Rhino telephone number - it's a dead line !!!
I sent Rhino a message on their site - No Response !! I have had a Terrible Terrible Experience with Rhino - after nearly 2 weeks - No Product delivery or Refund !!!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Will do anything to charge you when you return items. They took away £5 on amazon when I asked for refund, despite the fact I'm a prime member. Very arrogant in responses and not helpful at all

Ignoring requests for refund of faulty item

Bought car mats and they arrived damaged with the press stud in bits. Contacted them for a refund and they asked for pictures which I have sent but then nothing. They have ignored all subsequent emails and the phone number on their website doesn’t connect so I suspect is a scam. Avoid!

Very Poor Quality Mats

The driver mat has worn through to a hole at the clutch side after 2 months. I requested a new set or refund that Rhinos declined. stated item does not have a warranty. This item was not luxury as stated on product description. Purchased through Amazon marketplace, hopefully they can secure a refund. Pays to check the reviews!

Do not buy car mats from this company…

Do not buy car mats from this company via eBay or an online website. Leaving 1 star review as they've some how managed to remove my eBay negative feedback, they have loads of negative feedback.

I ordered car mats for my wife's 2017 Nissan Micra on eBay and paid on the 14th of September. I contacted rhino autostyling on the 22nd of September as they had not arrived. It was claimed that the mats had been sent and that Evri had tried to deliver. I checked the tracking information this was a lie no deliver attempt made they had however been picked up, apparently. I asked rhino autostyling to contact Evri. A few days later after some back and forth via eBay resolution centre the tracking information is suddenly updated as sent/collected again. The mats did finally arrived yesterday, however they were left out side in the pouring rain luckily wrapped in plastic, sure that's not rhino autostylings fault but sending them very late and lying is their fault.

The mats are pretty poor quality the finish and stitching is low quality and they will easily split and fray over time. The quality of the rubber is cheap and very thin. They've done a very good job with the picture on eBay making them look considerably better quality than they are. Leaving 1 star review due to time it took to send them, bad communication and poor product.

1. It's a scam! They're advertising a much better quality product then shipping a really low quality alternative, then offer a discount in the hope people will keep the product. A clever way to profit from cheap goods. It makes you wonder why ebay still allow them to CONtinue. Compared to what was advertised, the design mats I received were completely different. The amount I paid was £15.98. Got a refund of £3.20. Give it to a neighbor for £16. Problem solved ;-)

2. This seller sent me different mats to those described and shown in their photos. They didn't fit my car and the quality was poor. When I raised this with them they only offered me a discount rather than refund? Car mats that don't fit are no good to anyone, but sadly it took me a lot of messages before I finally got a refund. They were uninterested. Looking at their feedback it seems they have done the same to others. Shop with care.

3. Item arrived with no label and did not fit car ( fixing holes did not line up). I sent the product back & paid the postage.Seller offered a reduction but why would I want to keep a mat that does not fit my Seller called me a liar saying I ordered wrong mat ( I can provide V5 document) it is the seller who is sent out an incorrect product without labels,the mat did look like the photo either . Please refund the postage. I did order correct item.

4. The carpets supplied are nothing like the description. They are flimsy and the heel pad was simply an outline created by a branding iron. I contacted the seller and was offered a £7 partial refund. I decided they were not even worth £11 and returned them for a full refund. Looking at reviews this seller has done this partial refund offer on a number of occasions.e

5. Said 2-4 day delivery, took 11 in end, and only sent them after I said I wanted a refund, not sure what the problem was as very little communication from seller, I have received them now but poor quality, not happy at all, think if you keep people informed you'll get a different response when things go wrong, or even answer them

UPDATE 29 / 9 / 24 - I went back to the seller after finding out the mats do not fit my wife's car as they aren't the correct foot pattern/shape. They are essentially completely useless. The seller came back with an insulting offer of a £10 refund to keep them. Luckily eBay has allowed me to do a full return no dispute using a royal mail QR code. What an absolute joke of a company/seller. AVOID!

They use hermes to deliver they are the worse our there.
Lost my phone £1000 went missing at drop of shop cid was involved.
Now this company use them and no carpet mats gone missing but they say they on the way never use them again had to buy from elsewhere

Terrible company

Terrible company.
I bought seat covers for my van. Within three months, the stitching had come undone on the drivers seat.
I tried messaging on eBay for two weeks but was ignored.
Avoid these people, they don’t care.

No offer of return postage

I purchased some car mats but I knew I should have returned them as the press studs on the drivers side are faulty they keep coming undone. The mat therefore works it's way under the peddles whilst driving. This could cause an accident. I have asked this company for a returns label to be issued but unfortunately its not forthcoming. Why should I pay the postage for a item that is unfit for purpose a d more important could cause an accident!

This business sold me car seat covers that were listed on ebay for a citreon c5 aircross,
When the items turned up they did not fit, the seatbelts would not click into the connectors as the holes were in the wrong place.
I can not fit my babys carseat due to these covers being wrong, mis sold and unfit for purpose.
Offered me a ten pound refund when i said i dont want them basically ignored me.
