The movers arrived late, but following that everything went very smoothly.

We hired Right Removals to move in London out of a fairly full one bed flat. They were great, George and Saba were what I would call cool calm and collected, which is pretty much what you want when moving.

The only feedback I had was that the team were happy to leave the van open when moving from van to flat. You never know if some chancer would jump in to grab something that's not tied down, especially when all movers are away in the flat. Having said that we had no problem, would recommend.

An excellent service and couldn’t fault the removal guys. Highly recommend them.

Really great experience. Unlike other companies, there were no complaints at all. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful—especially with carrying everything, which made the whole process much easier for us. Would definitely recommend!

Unfortunately, Right Removals' Team broke our swivel open kitchen table in the process of moving.

Even worse, they are refusing to take any responsibility for it. We have received a series of fairly rambling responses, whereby they have admitted that their team damaged the table - even though they do not seem to recognize that they have admitted to it?

Long explanations of disputes are intensely boring to recount, so here are the highlights:
- Movers tried to take our table apart and told us they couldn't.
- Then informed us it has 'come loose and needed some glue to fix'
- We retrieve from storage weeks later - the top is totally removed from the bottom.
They have suggested gluing it back together - you obviously cannot do this with a swivel mechanism, it NEEDS TO MOVE.

They have refused to sort this out or take accountability for breaking a £400 piece of furniture.

Very helpful and experienced movers. All items were thoroughly secured in the van which gave us peace of mind during the travel. Some items and walls got some bangs and scratches at the other end but nothing major. Although they arrived late, the move was completed extremely efficiently including dismantling and rebuilding furniture as necessary, which was a great additional service. I would be happy to use this service again.

Could not be happier with the service provided. George and his partner were incredibly helpful and made moving day far less stressful. They worked quickly and carefully and made sure that everything was reassembled perfectly and all items were exactly where we wanted them. I would not hesitate to recommend them and am very grateful for them helping us to make our removal day as hassle free as possible.

Finding a removal company before the stamp duty deadline was a real challenge. Right Removals had a cancellation and were able to fit us in. Ika and his team were brilliant from start to finish.

Their dedication and positive attitude made a stressful day so much easier.
